Only buy from here if you are absolutely certain you won't return it. The return policy is awful. They make it impossible to get any real or useful information. You have to submit a request and then they get back to you a day later with very vague info. I finally got a voucher code for my return and it doesn't work. Back to step one. Super frustrating and designed to have you give up, I'm sure. Terrible experience.
Horrible service! They didn't allow me to enter delivery address; instead, they automatically used the address from my paypal. I immediately tried changing address on their change of address form and it doesn't work! No live agent to chat with. The bot gave me some form to change address and, after i filled it in, i received an email that the address has been changed. However, they still shipped to the old address! Now my gift is not going to USA, where its supposed to go, but back to me in bulgaria. I contacted their facebook page and someone did respond to me (and was very nice) but told me this was handled already via email, so i should just wait! He couldn't do absolutely anything. It is NOT handled via email however: it has been days and no one has contacted me. Terribly frustrating. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!
I bought a few items in July and no parcels were delivered and we're at the end of October. After asking numerous times for the signed delivery notes, they have been silent. The only recommendation for prospective buyers is...STAY AWAY.
If you want your art to be sold for way less than it is worth, sell it through red bubble! They take over half of the money you sell your items for, AND they charge over a monthly $10 on top of your earnings! It says you've made $50? Nope, you're only getting $35 in your monthly payout because youre "new" despite being on the website for multiple years and having sold over 200 items…. See why I dislike them?

One of two stickers arrived smudged. Whipping them made them smudge more. How are they to hold up to washing (example photo was on a mug) or rain?
Firstly I paid an exorbitant amount for Express shipping. The only way to ensure the product gets delivered in South Africa is to have a tracking number. They claim their 3rd party did ship express but there's no tracking number - not true ALL priority or express shipping world wide has tracking. So I will never receive this order as untraceable parcels "disappear" in South Africa.
Secondly they completely ignore my emails about the matter. Their support has not answered a single reply I have given. My mails are not abusive. It factual and simply ask for them to cancel the order and refund me. Not a single response in the past 5 days.
My account with original art and copyright free art was suspended without any warning from Redbubble.
They are major scammers and owe me money. Do not use them!
A failed experience with this site. It is not programmed with professional programming. I developed legal designs. I did not develop a design with copyrights or even spam. I was working seriously, but the Redbubble site suspended my account for no reason. I do not advise you to work on this site, because you will put in your effort and in the end you will find Your account has been suspended, the site is not working
Account suspended even though all designs were my own and I believe that I broke no guidelines. Account may or may not be reviewed and my payments due will not be paid. So they keep your money and suspend your account without reason given or promise to review why the account was suspended. Keep clear as an artist, you will make them money and lose out yourself.
I ordered something and never received it. After several weeks they finally sent out another one. I still never received it. I hope to get it this week. In the meantime, they are having a sale. They will not refund me and sell it to me at 30% off that it is now. Bad business considering the I have not even received it yet. If I ever receive it, I might just return it because of the terrible customer service. It takes them forever to respond between conversations too. Not a good experience at all. I will shop at zazzle next time as I have it the past and ther service is much better.

I ordered a few puzzles with photos specific to various locations. Puzzles were approximately $33 before paying almost $20 for USPS shipping. The puzzle piece are thin and they all have the same shape- no variety. There also was no photo to reference when trying to assemble. It's a great concept, but way overpriced for the quality received.
Ordered tshirts that never arrived. Was charged for it. After putting in several complaints they would not refund my money but offered a credit. After trying to unsubscribe —- I still get their emails about buying more product. Still no product.
We ordered a blanket for $29.00. Upon reviewing the order, we noticed it was tiny. About the size of a small bath towel. We tried to cancel the order. Because it had been more than 2 hours, yes TWO HOURS, they refused to refund our credit card. We could only get store credit. Our child selected something else. It turned out to be very inferior, overpriced junk. Never again!
My account was randomly suspended (because apparently "it happens from time to time"), but their "appeal" system says that it might not even be looked at! So I have an innocently suspended account and no guarantee I'm going to get it back? All of my work is my own and I've not gone against any guidelines. This is the second time it's happened. I tried to appeal last time and never received a response, so I emailed them and they basically said "keep contacting us and you're account will stay suspended". They also refuse to tell people the reason for account suspension! How am I supposed to know what I did wrong if I'm not told?
They don't respond to emails, and they don't have a phone you can call to speak to someone. I've tried messaging them on FB and I'm waiting for a response.

Through my experience, designers from the third world are mostly banned, I don't know why, especially after a long effort and their hope to improve their living situation. I created three accounts, and every time I make a great effort, and after developing the store, I get banned for no apparent reason.
I made my order 4 May they said it will arrive 11-15 of May LIES. I contact with them after 15 of May they told me the parcel got lost, ok. They send me a second one and telling me it will arrive 20-21 I contact them again cause I have not received anything. Still they got no clue what is going on.
They did a refund of my money but still I had a very bad experiense of people and a cpmpany that can track and simply give you some basic information.
The Tracking info they gave me was not working but they keep telling me it is shipped, with NO tracking.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
