I'm going on a trip with my wife and our Golden retriever. The retriever will take up the whole back seat of my Honda Ridgeline so I needed extra storage in the bed. Your customer service agent was very nice and knowledgeable. She assured me the cover would get to me in time for the trip. I feel confident shopping at real truck. I feel they have quality products, amazing website and exceptional customer service.
RealTruck customer service has always been exceptional. I've tried some other accessory sites and none of them can compete with RealTruck customer service. Long hold times? The only way to get a short hold time anywhere is an off shore customer service.
