I have a 2020 Ford Ranger SuperCrew short bed and wanted to be assured the parts I was looking for would in fact fit for my truck. My support contact, EXT: 1610, Chris Whiteman, went out of his way to make sure I had the right parts for a price I was comfortable with. I went with American Made parts, and did pay a little more, but the install was a breeze by myself for my Retrax product, and only need a 2nd pair of hands for make sure the rails are firmly "squished" with the weather sealing while tightening the clamps. The basic BedRug bed mat and the Husky floor liners were a breeze. The Under Cover Swing case is a great little feature to add to these sort beg pickups, doesnt take up too much space and loads/unloads in a breeze.

I call Pace direct. The call gets forwarded to a network of distribution. Ordered parts specifically with Real Truck on May 5 since the part was in stock in Arkansas. (Chris is Ocala Florida). Then I get a generic email the delivery will be more than 1 month later. I call pace direct for which I do speak with Tracy Nickey who may or may not be with Pace but she says SWFA 18A44 is in Arizona but she can not contact them since they give 3 days grace period for the distributor to ship the part. It is more than that now and I have not confirmation or tracking. Tracy did make a ticket to show I was looking for the part. It sounds like Truck Hero owns Leer/Pace/Distribution but the networking is struggling.
