Three of the four packages Arrived on time. Fourth package took a tour of the country before being delivered. Arrived on time. Fourth package took an extra week to arrive and it arrived opened. Real Truck needs to change their carrier service for the sake of the customer.

The person I spoke to was very personal, knowledgeable and professional. She was very helpful in finding the best product for my needs.
I made my first call to get product info and pricing, that took at least 20 minutes. I asked for the Reps name so when I call back I could ask for the same person and not have to repeat everything twice. Just to reach my Rep took over 5 minutes to get him. Then to complete my order it took at least another 25 minutes because the Rep. Made several errors and other processing mistakes.
This was a very frustrating experience and not sure I would order again.

I was told 5 to 6 weeks for the color I wanted, but i could get black in less than 2 weeks. So I chose black, and then received notice that it would ship in 4 weeks.
So I then had to call in to ask why 4 weeks. I was put on hold, and then when they picked up, they said it would ship within the next 2 days.
I hope it ships as i was told!
