The cover was as described on the site. The fast ship claim was a bit deceiving in that within 24 hours a shipping label was created but the actual cover took a week to arrive. The instructions that came with the cover are vague and need to be updated. The cover is a good product and would recommend it to others.
I ordered a hitch for my Dodge truck the price was good and I was told I would receive it in 3 days. This was Friday so I figured Wednesday of the next week I would get it. That worked great for me. I need the Hitch before the following weekend. Then I get an email on Sunday day 2 after I ordered, that the part will arrive sometime between Thursday and Tuesday of the following week. Not at all the 3 days I was originally told. The customer service person was courteous and knowledgeable about the products but not shipping. The shipping was free which I like but I'm disheartened by the timing. The parts will arrive sometime... during the next week.
