Had placed an order over a month ago, told tires were in stock and would be delivered in 5-7 days. A month later order was canceled because tires were out of stock. Received refund and then ordered a different set of tires. Told they were shipping that day. Now again tires are out of stock! Every time I call I get a different person with a different story.

She explained the cost and shipping expectations to the point I was ready make a purchase. The rest is up to Real Truck to meet the promised delivery timetable. Called to check the availability of a part. Wayne answered the phone with no hold, Wayne checked to see the part was at any of their warehouses and it was not. So he put me on a very brief hold and put in a call to the manufacture. He returned promptly and let me know that I could have it shipped directly from the manufacturer in a few weeks.
