I ordered a bed rug for my new GMC and I didn't get the multi pro tailgate piece for the step. And I was told it all came as one. The quality of the bed rug is not good either there are places where there are voids in the top layer! So I will be returning it!

Was told shipping would be the next day. Could not track. Emailed customer service by email on Thursday. No response! Waited 15 min. To talk to someone and was told they'd have to email the supplier and get back to me! It's Saturday so nothing until Monday! Very disappointing!
I ordered a new cover, Gator SFX. When I opened the box I had been shipped a used American Tonneau cover that was dirty and covered in bird crap. The weather stripping was peeling off, pieces were stuck inside the box. Falling apart. Upon contacting support I was offered to have it picked up and refunded as I requested after I stored this piece of junk 3 days waiting. Never was I offered any compensation for my trouble. Never any indication that they wanted to make it right only to apply my purchase price to another cover or refund. Really a disappointment with Gator Covers. Thanks Chris. Great job.

Non-existent customer service! Took 3 attempts to find out who the freight carrier was. Undercover tonneau and swing boxes are great, both boxes were keyed alike. Should have went through Undercover to make the purchases.

When I got home my package was delivered to my front porch. The box was all crushed and half open. Called customer service. Steve made notes about the condition of the package. I took pics and opened it while on the phone with Steve. Interior package damaged as well. But the parts were in great condition. Installed throttle booster in about 30 minutes and no more turbo lag.
So except for delivery, I am very satisfied.

Poor communication. I ordered a tornneau cover for my vehicle I have not had any confirmation email or anything to tell me that the order has been confirmed and the payment had gone through. Nemesis was very oh known Commital and did not give me any reassurance that my order was placed and would be delivered within 2 to 7 days
I got exactly what I ordered... customer service was very helpful and efficient. My order arrived earlier than I had expected. And the product was perfect. Great job. I will definitely buy from RealTruck again...
