Ordered item the 18th of June and not getting shipped untill the 19th of July a month later! Come on this day and age a month to get a product! Not the way to treat your customers!
I went to Real Truck website and chat rep did not have the Gator Tri-Fold I wanted. He tried to upsell me to a TonneauPro but w/o features I wanted w/the Gator. He also told me the universal tailgate seal no longer came w/Gator and I did not need same. I left chat to think about it. Later, I went to gatorcovers website and chatted in. The rep was able to sell me the tri-fold I wanted with the tailgate seal and guaranteed delivery before my trip to Branson in mid-July. I received the tonneau cover and installed it easily on Tuesday. I am very satisfied with my 2nd dealing but did not know at time that I was dealing with RealTruck both times.

Upon ordering I was told to my address it was 2 Day Shipping but it took 4 days instead, so you need to talk to your Employees because where I am from your word is your bond.

Canceled order 5 mins after it was placed and it's been 48 hours still "pending cancellation". I don't even under stand why the funds posted bf cleared my account it should have been refunded immediately. Not a lot of confidence in a company that can't cancel an item 5 mins after it was placed and they still have my funds 48 hours later.

Placed an order in person with someone at real truck on Monday before father's day. I was told it would be delivered by Saturday, the day before Father's day for a gift. When it didn't show up, I called the company and was told it never shipped (even though they charged my card) and they would have to resubmit my request. Poor service from the first person I spoke with at Real Truck. I'm not adding names at this time, but Real Truck as the record.

I've ordered from Real Truck three times. Twice my order has been canceled (for "unknown reasons" according to rep) and my card was charged. The charges were reversed in a few days. Both times I've had to wait to speak to a customer service representative to find out where the order is, upon finding it canceled, being transferred to a sales rep to reorder.
Everything was done professionally, however if an order isn't going to go through, the card shouldn't be charged and an email should be sent explaining what happened.
I was hesitant to go on the chat line but it was easy to work with the salesman
