Update to my last review jump the gun all my issues have been resolved they had a delay caused by storm in Florida they have fast shipping but seems there understaffed in customer service dept. recording said about 2 hours wait left message they did contact me the next day all my refunds have been processed Id give shipping 5 stars they ship fast 3 on customer service

Ordered a Tourneau cover on May 6th. The rep on the phone was great, honored a competing price with no problem all good. The order also was for running boards, they were supposed to take a few weeks and actually came early. The top however its July 6th an it has not been delivered. Got an update from Realtruck last month stating expected delivery was June 8th, the latest is now July 15th. It might very well be the manufacturer that is delaying shipment, but 2 months is unreasonable. Lund rally should offer some consideration if they are making the problem if not then Realtruck.
I called to verify that the items I was ordering were in stock and I was assured that they were. After placing an order I received an email that the items were out of stock. After a month and a half, the items were still not in stock. I tried to cancel the order and was told that it would happen by the end of the day. A week later the order had still not been canceled and my money had still not been refunded. This is no way to handle business! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Placed my order on a Thursday and received my Gator bed cover the next day!
