I had two pads break off of my running board. 12 phone calls and about 15 emailed photos later I was left to figure it out myself. I chatted with another company realtruck owns and they had replacements to me in 2 days.

I was surprised I had to drill the four holes required to hold the front of the cover down. Also, surprised they sent the wrong four bolts to hold the front of the cover down. Why send hex head bolts that anybody can take a end wrench to and remove to steal the cover?
And, no the instructions does not show I was responsible for drilling the holes! Finally, I'm positive this will get to no one, I've done many reviews, nothing happens.

Actually was sold something I did not need (discovered after getting the package and finding the adhesives was included). So I spent an extra $18 on adhesive that came in the package I ordered that I did not need. Asked for an RMA…crickets.
