I was okay with the experience however if the affirm card which you sent me would have been less of a hazzle to use I would have purchased the bed topper that I really wanted. I purchased what I could pay for cash.

It arrived broken and they quickly sent out another. They replied the next day and apologized for the problem with the broken shield. Highly recommend.
