After sending me 3 retrax's that were wrong from your warehouses, Jacquelyn Woodhams went out of her way to order one from the factory which was correct. Also after a week of no refund on the last one that was returned, she has been working on getting my refund. It's been 11 days and I was told that it is on It's way. If it wasn't for her it would be a 1 star.

I had to explain several times that I wanted the parts I was ordering to match the damaged parts I am replacing. I had to reorder the parts because they did not send the correct items; they are telling me 6-8 weeks for delivery which I don't understand why seeing as supply chain issues are no longer a valid reason. These parts should be available as they make the Power Steps in quantity, they are designed for off road vehicles, and they should know things happen (damage) when off roading so spare parts should be readily available.
The experience started out bad with a representative named Chris B. That didn't seem to understand my questions for whatever reason. They were really quite simple. He definitely did not have customer service skills. He dropped my conversation as I was interacting with him and turned me over to a lady named Morgan who ended up making it a very positive experience. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I ended purchasing some floor mats through the company.
