I was excited to order from this company because they had all the parts in stock and assured me that my order would be processed immediately. However, almost a week later, my order still had not been shipped. Consequently, I decided to cancel it, and that's when the nightmare began. When I requested to cancel my order, the company claimed that my request had been sent to the cancellation department. For several days, my order was listed as "pending cancellation." When I called customer service, I was informed that it would take several business days for them to confirm whether or not the cancellation had been processed. With no updates, I submitted a third request through their online inquiry system, but I still have not received a response, and the status remains "pending cancellation." Therefore, I advise caution when ordering from this company.
Ordered a ARE cap on March 26th and canceled it today July14th 15.5 weeks I paid in full and was told 3 to 5 weeks, my vacation starts July 24th, could never get a date it would be in, at one point 3 weeks ago was told it would be in middle of the week or the end of the week, A Friend of mine knows a person that orderd one the beginning of march and was told it would be in last week never got the call, I was never given the N number that you need to track the order when you call ARE. Dealer told me last week that he finally got a hold of the right people and would have a date in 24 hours, never called, I am tired of calling him.
The Cree took care of us when we suffered a blow out on I81 when it was 95 degrees. They took the old tire, ordered a new spare and changed the matching one to match the other three on my camper.

Orders sit in "awaiting fulfillment" stage for a very long time. One can assume they have nothing in stock and as a customer any order you do will take several weeks to finally get to you. Phone customer services have 90+ minute wait times. I'll shop elsewhere for future purchases.

After sending me 3 retrax's that were wrong from your warehouses, Jacquelyn Woodhams went out of her way to order one from the factory which was correct. Also after a week of no refund on the last one that was returned, she has been working on getting my refund. It's been 11 days and I was told that it is on It's way. If it wasn't for her it would be a 1 star.
