We called to order new floor liners for my new car. The representative was very friendly and helpful. They had what we wanted and we ordered them on Sunday and it states Wednesday they will be delivered.
Ordering experience was excellent, however I wish that sales representatives had information on whether an item that the customer is interested in is in stock or if will be back ordered. If they DO have that information, I wish that they would pass that info on to the consumer. Having that info may result in a customer ordering the item from another company, however I know from experience that I would be a more satisfied customer and would appreciate the honesty of the company for passing on that info. Finding out that something you just ordered will take four weeks to receive (as is the case in my order), just causes customers to not feel good about the ordering experience.

Once again it was marked as in stock and ready to ship. I just told him to forget about it and ordered one from another company.
