We give Lindsey five stars ‼
She did a great job and was available at every turn of our purchase
She was a wealth of information
The home values given by Realtor are pathetically obsolete and of no value to potential hone buyers
I have used several sites to conduct research on possible purchases and have found Zillow, Trulia and Redfin to be far more accurate in their appraisals.
Don't waste your time with Realtor.
Not sure I get this article "The Top LGBTQ-Friendly Cities Great for Home Buyers". What about the top cities for kids or family or elderly? This is a weird world we now live in that sexual preference is highlighted rather than normal activities. Would appreciate it if you would quit throwing sexual preferences in everyone's face.
I was looking at a property they had advertised. I punched text. I got a call immediately from a girl that barely spoke English. She asked about my finances, investment or personal use. Lots of questions that are none of their business. On the verge of a scam. Since I would not answer all her questions she would not connect me with any agent...
Dont waste your time.
My wife and I, after 32 years of being married, finally decided to purchase our first home. After consulting many friends here in Fernley, NV., we decided to work with Joe Reisenauer from Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate. Joe guided us through the process of making the biggest purchase of our lives by being meticulous, detail orientated and thoughtful; answering every question we had with honesty. Joe worked extremely hard for us. The best thing we can say about Joe, is he CARES.
Had a bankruptcy a year ago and they were bringing up everything that I filed on. By law you cannot hold those closed accounts against anyone, it is punishable. Told me my credit score was 498, I looked it up on credit karma and it's 580 with no creditors reporting negatively. 0 open accounts, 0 balance.
Don't waste your money! Or your time! Not worth it. Lots of low end hunting people not qualified just looking. Completely a waste of over 30k. No leads but one a terrible test in a fantastic market. Wished I hadn't wasted my money. Literally their system also stinks archaic!
I was on Realtor.com today and noticed scam listings galore. Quite a few of these misrepresentations were from the same Realty companies. Generally on a site like this there is a way to report the scam, misleading listing with errors. NOT ON REALTOR.COM. So why are the owners of Realtor.com allowing these potentially fraudulent listings? That is the question that has caused me to move on to another site for my real-estate search.
I'm very please with their services, very knowledgeable and friendly, I would recommend them to handle your property purchase.
Big issue terminating contract once it ended. Was hung up on intentionally 2 separate times. Beware.
Jenny Kulzer from Realty Pros Assured put her big "for sale" sign blocking the view of incoming traffic on Halifax Avenue. I asked her to move her sign for the same reason. She told me she would ask for the sign to be placed on the other side of the property for sale. Well, she did have the sign moved but closer to my property and still blocking the view of incoming traffic. VERY SELFISH, DISRESPECTFUL AND INCONSIDERATE! Why would Realty Pros Assured use people like her representing them? Shame on you!
Hung up on me, no help with buying a place. The agent hung up the phone. No aloha. Bad customer service.
I did all of the work for Neely Crombie while she did nothing. I found every property and then asked to make the appointment
I hired Jenny Young realtor in Northern Kentucky. She is very nice but it took her a long time to get pictures of my home
Online. Jenny doesnt like to making changes
Or negotiate. Jenny's phone was ringing constantly so it is hard to have a meeting.
Jenny needs more experience.
If I could give Tammi more than a 5 star rating I would. She is very knowledgable, as well as approachable and available. She always answered our questions within a reasonable time, and she never made us feel as though our questions were a waste of time. When we experienced a few hiccups in the home buying process, Tammi was always there to encourage us, advocate for us, and get us the best deals. You honestly can't beat a realtor who is willing to work hard for you and who is also fun to be around! We loved our experience with her! If you are looking to purchase a home or sell a home Tammi is your realtor!
I signed up with Realtor.com, 2 months ago and purchased leads for 2 cities. Paid for the full year to take advantage of the 10% discount. Right at $3000 and 60 days in, I wanted to share my disappointment.
So far I have received 7 leads, out of these 7, I have contacted them within minutes of receiving the lead. Email, text and of course the call first. I actually spoke with 2 on the phone, with an answer of we had to fill this out or couldn't browse more listings plus I am not looking for a realtor right now. One I point blank received a STOP message back and the other 4 NEVER responded to my interactions AND follow ups. So 60 days later, an absolute waste of my time, no actual person that responds and no contact info that is usable :/ to say I am disappointing is a nice way of saying it. I know 100% sure that the reason they book you in a 1 year commitment is because everyone would bail within the first 2 month!
They have Incorrect estimated home value of my home. Way off! They show my house at 68% less than my neighbors on the same block. They're showing a 2900 square-foot 5 bedroom home with a pool and large lot valued at 101,000. Impossible. Trulia and Zillow show it at 511,000 and homes on my block range from upper $300,000 and mid $500,000. Had it appraised two years ago for a refi and was over $400k. I asked them to correct this and they told me they can't. Where are they getting that info from? I will never use their site to purchase a home. Don't trust their info.
You will never get someone to talk to if you have a problem. They literally told me we have 96 other clients. That was their responseto me when I was complaining about an issue that wasn't handle properly! WOW! I would never say that to any of my clients! Zillow here we come!
These people charged 97 bucks to my debit card without my authorization. I had never been in contact with them before. It took a lot of research to even figure out Realtor.com had made the charge because they coded the transaction so that it couldn't be identified.
This is a criminal company. Do not do business with them.
I tried to change my market because I had way too many leads for a $30k mobile home on a rented lot. Im reasonable and know you take the good with the bad but this was way too many. Realtor wouldn't allow me to change or cancel. Would not allow it. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one just to get out of Realtor.com's clutches. They seriously need to do better.
Answer: Don't do it! Total scam. They don't allow you to cancel, and don't deliver what they promise. I've wasted $1500 and they want to stick me for another $4500! I signed up for an area with $800k average, but ALL of the leads are for $50 mobile homes. COMPLETE SCAM!
Answer: You can file a claim with the BBB. I am in the process of looking for an attorney. Small claims court is always an option.
Answer: Just be sure you are dealing with a realtor. Do not send any money to anybody at a moneygram account. Just make sure it is a realtor you are working with. Because there are scams out there that ask you to send money pretend to be owner etc. you can always ask for license number and go to trec website and check to see if number is real. Hope that helps.
Answer: I hope that if enough of us post about Realtor.com scamming, defrauding our industry we can stop them, scammed myself, never again, worst customer service I have ever encountered.
