Just sold condo in Scottsdale. I had no realtor as I live out of state. Due to the luck of the draw I picked Greg Zonno on line. I have owned 9 condos and have rented most of them. I am retired and so it was time to sell! Greg did ALL of the leg work, from hiring painters, plumbers, carpet layers etc. He met them at the condo, oversaw their work which was tricky due to strict rules of HOA. I can state this was laborious and took several months. I used to be a broker many years ago and I know a good realtor and I know the difference. This individual made my life so easy as I thought I would have to go back to Scottsdale and do all the arrangements to get the condo in good shape. His advice was right on! He sold the condo in several days. I am almost 76 years old and I have one more condo to sell and my son also has a condo that he will eventually sell as well. Greg will have the listings. Thanks Greg.
We bought our house through Realtor.com, I give all the credits to the agent Angeline Colon. She is the most sweet girl, since the beginning of our " adventure" trying to get a house. She provided us a Deluxe service! She did an spectacular job from the beginning and walked hand in hand with us until the end of the road. We couldn't have done it without her. Thank you so much Angie and Tom!
I have been paying realtor.com for leads as a Real Estate Agent for the last few months. So far it produces consumers who already have agents and/or consumers who are not pre-approved, many of whom are in the "lookey-loo" stage. Additionally, these consumers use you on realtor.com's site as their personal admin [ all-the while you are paying to get good leads from Realtor.com]. Zillow far surpasses realtor.com as a lead gen system albeit significantly more costly, but effective. I'm not happy but the jury is still out.
I listed my house and NEVER got returned phone calls or even text messages from them back for 3 weeks at a time. I never in my life seen reviews this bad on a site.
So... where do I begin? Well my home buying journey was very interesting and definitely a learning experience. The one person who made it so easy to stay on the road to success, was my #ROCKINGREALTOR Ms. Beth Trepagnier! She is amazing and nothing short of the best! Not only is her customer service top of the line but she made sure I knew everything about my purchase and always answered all of my millions of questions! I could not have found a better Realtor if I tried. I want to recommend Rock Star Realty for all of your home purchases!
I'm in the process of buying a manufactured home. I contacted Realtor.com about a home that I'd like to see. Put me in contact with an agent, Brandon. He kept saying that he'd call me and he never did. Called back Realtor.com and they put me through to some guy named George. When I explained that I wanted a virtual viewing on account of my physical mobility disability, he hung up on me! I called him and asked him if he had just hung up on me and he said yes, because anyway he wouldn't make a commission on that kind of sale, which I find hard to believe. Then he told me that I should spend a little more money, I guess so that he can make a big commission... Rude and arrogant. That's the kind of agent this company has.
Even when you pay for exclusive leads. They are not. They have given exclusive to up to 7 other agents.
Do NOT waste your money. The leads are other agents wanting you to do their work or their clients
I was an unsatisfied client. A month before my renewal I went on the client portal and declined to renew. Another email came out about renewal, another decline. I decided to call and confirm, a ticket was made, never heard from them. After a couple a days, same sequence occurred. I finally got ahold of someone on the phone, expressed my anger and got an email saying I wouldn't be charged. So, guess who just got charged. Now I have to fight. In addition to these terrible billing procedures not once was I asked why I was unhappy with service and not renewing. I guess they have other agents to invest $10,000 with them.
I worked with Trisha Barry – an excellent agent. She listed my place in townhouse and we were on contract in 3 days, above the asking price. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!
Recently tried out their sales lead service, total scam have email confirmation about their initial offering indicating I would have exclusivity with the zip code I was paying for, yet quickly found out this was not true leads were not exclusive, same leads were being distributed to anyone multiple times. When calling to cancel the service, all they continue doing is creating a case and indicating that a manger will contact me within 24hrs, this has been 2 months now with multiple calls to them and always the same response. Will now have to cancel credit card and change to stop their billing. Complete scam do not fall for it!
DO NOT TRUST OLIVE FERNANDEZ OUT OF SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA. SHE IS A REALTOR SCAM ARTIST. *******938 SHE SCAMS ELDERLY PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HOMES. BEWARE!
They had a mobile home for sale, but did not mention in the ad that the owner wanted cash in full! Thats 119,000.00 in cash! So why are they mentioning mortgages and VA loans in the ad? That also will advertise Co-ops that are not available. I will not call this company again!
There is no better realtor than Chris Dillow. Having had several real estate transactions bicoastally and in the Midwest, I thought I had seen some pretty good realtors. Then I met Chris Dillow. Always the consummate professional, he was willing to show, and prompt when showing, a property on short notice. Even when the purchasing process seemed to be filled with twists and turns, he made the process brighter providing clarity. He was timely with every single request. He was directly and actively involved in problem solving. He always had the perfect blend of realism and optimism. He always has a kind word and a bright spirit. Chris has integrity. He has a thoughtfulness that is unmatched. He even kept the property I was seeking in good visual condition during the process as a kindness to my family. He doesn't just go the extra mile... he goes twenty extra miles. I couldn't be more grateful.
Paula Langlois is unethical and when things don't go her way (not the seller's way that she's supposedly working for) but her way - her true personality comes through and she is impossible to deal with. At one point she outright YELLED at me, her client. She was extremely unprofessional. She lied about the condition and value of my mother's condo only because she was looking for a quick sale to profit her own pocket. Stay away from her. Shorewest did not discipline her when she caused irreparable financial harm to my 93 yr old mother.
3rd party hackers in realtor.com. Estimating our home value w/homes outside our area. $50,000 less than same houses on our street, with less updates and improvements, but same square foot size. Old pictures that I can't have removed... and it's my home! What a pain. Zillow is much easier, more honest, and most definitely more updated and accurate information.
"I'm a really good realtor," Llawrey Godinn stated. This really good realtor was a friend, she is the strata president, and unfortunately, was my realtor. As a result of her conflict of interest, her many lies, and complete disregard for my well-being, I now, after 8 months of living in a toxic condo, must sell. This place has cost me tons of money which I likely won't recoup. I gave her and her broker, the opportunity to work with me on a solution but neither had the decency to respond. I am now proceeding with court action. Stay away from Llawrey Godinn.
This site provides fraudulent information and should not be trusted! Pretty much every house that shows to be available on theirs site was already under contract or pending, and in addition to that, they showed addresses for houses that were not the actual house for that address. Simply, they can not be trusted!
I called number to get help with renting a home out of state. Very nice lady answered the phone helpful no issue until... The transfer. This trashy dude whom I could not even understand his name starts by answering the phone on speaker, can't understand the guy at all, as I informed him several times. Horrible business ethics. Moral of the story... Don't let trash run your business. I had horrible car salesmen in my life but this guy was a pinpoint of trash. Good job whomever hired this dude good job. You got trash. Btw I did my deal 25 min on fb marketplace.
Realitor.con has my home listed as a mobile home/trailer house. It is NOT! Their listing has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and problems securing a buyer. I asked them to fact check before listing inaccurate information. I'm still waiting for it to be fixed.
I have called realtor.com 20 times, I have to leave messages no one calls me back. When someone does call me back and say they're going to call back later and actually schedule a time. No one ever calls back! I have emailed I have done everything. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
Answer: Don't do it! Total scam. They don't allow you to cancel, and don't deliver what they promise. I've wasted $1500 and they want to stick me for another $4500! I signed up for an area with $800k average, but ALL of the leads are for $50 mobile homes. COMPLETE SCAM!
Answer: You can file a claim with the BBB. I am in the process of looking for an attorney. Small claims court is always an option.
Answer: Just be sure you are dealing with a realtor. Do not send any money to anybody at a moneygram account. Just make sure it is a realtor you are working with. Because there are scams out there that ask you to send money pretend to be owner etc. you can always ask for license number and go to trec website and check to see if number is real. Hope that helps.
Answer: I hope that if enough of us post about Realtor.com scamming, defrauding our industry we can stop them, scammed myself, never again, worst customer service I have ever encountered.
