I was thinking about listing my home for sale on a legitimate website only to find out that realtor.com had maliciously without any authorization by the owner fraudulently mis-listed the house as being a single family property when in fact it is a legal multi family 3 unit property and has been so for over thirty years. Further they blatantly had also put a picture of the house on their website without any authorization whatsoever from the owner. This caused a loss to the owner recently of two possible buyers who must have seen this fraudulent unreliable and inaccurate information.
I think these unlawful actions speak for themselves as to the caliber of realtor.com.
I have spent several days sending texts protesting these unlawful acts and also waiting for long periods on their customer service phone line to No Avail.
My rating for realtor.com is a negative zero star rating.
I believe that governmental action should immediately also prohibit realtor.com from indiscriminately publishing to the public their fraudulent property value estimates under the false heading of "property records."

This very sad but it's very true. All real states in Duchess County. No Communication unless you flash money in their faces. Agents pressures you into renting or buying a home they dont care if it's a mistake in buyer part as long has their commission falls threw. They don't offer any guidance at all. To many wishy-washy people in real state. I think it's because to many people are going for real state licenses that shouldn't be. Their just plain arrogant, condescending and rude. I have gotten no ware for last couple of years no help at all.
This is a problem because its every agent and real state so what do I need to do, well need to stop wasting my time. But mean while how do I find a apartment that's going to be suitable for me and my German Shepard. Way to many bad agents out their. Am poor don't have enough money to flash in their faces. So, guess am stuck. I already had a bad experience with a really bad agent took three thousand dollars from me never moved into apartment. We all deserve good agents who will confidently advise us help us find a place to live. Are real state businesses only for the rich only for people who have a lot of money? I am not impressed at all with any of them. Where can I go for help now to find an apartment?
I had a realtor sell me on the idea that listing and paying a 6% was worth it because we would be listing on Realtor.com. What aJoke! I ended up selling my land by myself and still paid the 6%. Never Again. Zillow is better and FREEE.
Scott is your answer to having a very professional and knowledgeable agent to help you in the complicated and confusing selling and buying of real estate. I have bought and sold a number of homes in my lifetime. I can attest to the fact that Scott was the most competent agent that we ever had. Thanks again for having us as your clients, and you are highly recommended by us. Tom and Arlene Stiefel
I'd like to thank Tim & Jenni Stoops for all their hard work in getting our first family home of 30 years on the market and sold in the first 3 months and helping us find and buy our new home.
We could not have asked for a more reliable, honest, determined, helpful, or more patient agents. They answered all questions we had, showed us dozens of houses and helped us with finding finance officer to walk us through the whole procedure.
We highly recommend this agency and these two agents.
Again... Thank you
Sincerely,
Doug & Toni Burgess

I paid almost $1,400 for advertising, once I paid the money they will not even respond to your calls. They can careless to respond to your complaints. I got 3 or 4 leads, they were no leads these were people complaining about the pictures on their site.
Who is there to protect agents from thsese people taking their money and running away with it. No accountability!
I downloaded the rental app and was clicking the link asking for more information. Don't do that; contact the property manager directly. I was called by a woman who barely spoke English saying she would help me find an apartment. She said she had listings available and kept asking if I wanted to see them. I asked her to send a link or pictures before I agreed to see them. She apparently sent them to the wrong email address so I didn't receive them till later. In the meantime she repeatedly called and texted while I was with my family, and threw a fit via text and said she couldn't help me because I didn't respond in 20 minutes to her phone call. Also she was very unclear as to what company she was with so I was confused as I'd inquired about several properties. Just very aggressive and unprofessional.
Kevin and his team are Must have agents! We can not express into words how wonderful Kevin and His team are, and what an awesome job they did to get our home bought. Kevin worked extremely hard And was always professional. He is honest and trustworthy, always being upfront in where we were in the process. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal and cut his commission to 0% to get the deal done! We never flinched that something would not get done by Kevin and his team. From Contract negotiations to financing to closing, His Team's professionalism is above reproach and always made sure we stayed positive during our journey. Kevin and his team made us feel like we were always first! I have bought and sold three houses to date with Kevin Richter & company. I would highly recommend him for all your Real Estate needs.
Very accurate information and the pictures were very clear, the area shown was helpful to me. Much h
I recently listed my home with *******@FoxRoach.com she deserves a 10 star rating!
Kim is extremely knowledgeable in her field with over 25 years experience in real-estate, she made sure I was legally protected to the fullest extent as there were a few questionable issue as contacts were being executed. I was able to get above my asking price due to her knowledge, guidance and expertise of the business. If you are looking for a real-estate agent that knows her job well, looks out for your best interest and will help you get the most money for your property Kim Mehaffey is the one to call.
I have worked with several different agents in the past and decided to go with Lisa and Dion Hocking from a friends recommendation. I am so glad I did. They were there every step of the way; before the sale, during the sale and after the sale. They always had my back and kept me updated every step of the way. This was in regards to the selling of my home and the buying of another home. If you are looking for a realtor who you can trust, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
Realtor.com has earned its reputation by far as one of the worst companies on search engine websites. I make sure my clients are fully aware this company is not one to trust. If you can avoid any communication with the company oh wait they do that when you need their assistance with your own business. Talk about a waste of valuable time. Something this business doesn't understand. I stand by my experience with the worst of the worst.
THEY GIVE ONE STAR REVIEW EVEN THOUGH NO ONE POSTED ANY. THIS CAN HURT THE CREDENTIALS OF THE REAL ESTATE AGENT.
As an agent, they are the toughest to deal with. They charged us a monthly charge for a zip code we canceled on their website. This is their preferred way to canceled. Took about 3 months to get our money back. Customer service offers little help with this or any other issue we have had. They are great at calling and trying to sell you more zip codes. No one has an account representative and who ever answers the phone call for customer service serves as that account representative.
Theres no one to respond - through emails or calls. Not sure why they have a website and platform available claiming for real estate business.
I recently put my home on the market the first day I was flooded so I called my realtor ask was that it for the today. Said yes. I heard someone rattling at the door trying to open it. I looked out it was two guys they didn't have any masks on and one had a back pack in his hand. I ask him what did he want. He said he had an appointment. So I called my realtor and ask him he said no he didn't have one today. Its was for next day. Then all of sudden he went OFF beat on my door again try to open my door. I ask what is your name through the door he said ( Fabian Silvas) I told him make another appointment, he threw his card at me and walk away. I say the client I told him he need to get another Agent he had this look on his face he was very embarrassed.
Know one should have to tolerate this kind of behavior. I told my realtor I don't want him back out here. I will be reporting him
I have cash to purchase property-the full price its selling for. $5755. This land must not be worth enough to be worth Blanca (realtor/agent) time. Nor her broker (Alan). It sees as though there is not enough profit involved. She said she will no longer be able to help me because she's not feeling well, and her broker is to busy to help me! I have cash and am unable to purchase land. If possible I recommend researching who the property owner is and if at all possible cut out the middleman. Also it will save you more than $1000
We recently sold and closed on our house, the buyers real estate agent was so lazy and unprofessional, she didn't read or replied to emails, she used to argue with our agent about everything. In part because of her our closing was postponed 3 times. She is a part time agent and she's also a NJ state trooper which is part of the problem, you can't have your cake and eat it too, either you do one or the other otherwise you end sucking at both which she totally does. During the final walkthrough she had the nastiest of attitudes and she even asked if we knew who she was, after the closing was done she tried to tell us that a window had to be fixed when the house had been sold as is, they never did a walkthrough before the closing even, she also tried to intimidate us by using her state trooper position. Stay clear of Aisha Madera from Exp Realty Montclair NJ, she'll be nothing but headaches and your home selling/buying process will take 3 times longer than necessary
So loaded down with tracking, no ethics, no integrity, slow as $#*!, searches are full of gamers getting around the system. $#*!ing worthless wast of my time
Answer: Don't do it! Total scam. They don't allow you to cancel, and don't deliver what they promise. I've wasted $1500 and they want to stick me for another $4500! I signed up for an area with $800k average, but ALL of the leads are for $50 mobile homes. COMPLETE SCAM!
Answer: You can file a claim with the BBB. I am in the process of looking for an attorney. Small claims court is always an option.
Answer: Just be sure you are dealing with a realtor. Do not send any money to anybody at a moneygram account. Just make sure it is a realtor you are working with. Because there are scams out there that ask you to send money pretend to be owner etc. you can always ask for license number and go to trec website and check to see if number is real. Hope that helps.
Answer: I hope that if enough of us post about Realtor.com scamming, defrauding our industry we can stop them, scammed myself, never again, worst customer service I have ever encountered.
