Land in Horseshoe Bend
August 27, 2020

Having owned a small plot of land here for 10 years I wanted to sell so I could stop paying taxes.
I finally settled on Ozark Gateway Reality and dealt with Laura Sackett Clute as I live in Northern Ireland everything was new to me.
Laura helped me every step of the way nothing seemed too much trouble I honestly would have been completely lost without her help.
I can not thank Laura enough for the friendly help I am happy to recommend Laura and this buissness.

I am a realtor who paid to be one of their premier agent at $600/mo, and now that I see how worthless their service is, I want to cancel my subscription, and I have been trying to cancel for weeks now, with no one being the right person to speak to, and the only right person never answering my repeated pleas for assistance. I have been told I am under a "contract" and apparently their "retention" team main tool is avoiding any contact with the furious realtors who are trying to stop their charges. I think they are borderline scam.

Very disappointing
August 19, 2020

Leads are not filtered so you get calls from anyone even if they are not lookin for buy or sell property. Some leads have incorrect emails and phone numbers so there is no way to contact prospect but lead still count as a paid lead.

Consumer
August 19, 2020

Realtor.com website shows 95% of the homes on their site in a pending status for over 4 months or more. I am finding the same homes in pending status every time I searched. How could be a home be pending for so long? To me this is deceiving practice to boost the housing market which is an artificial way to show that people are buying regardless of the COVID-19. This website lacks transparency and shows signs of misleading information to consumers.

Jaime Guzman is the man to trust. Every promise he made he kept. My home sold on the first day. He was there whenever I needed him. He answered every question. He guided me and helped me down to the smallest detail. Everything was done smoothly. If you're wanting to sell your home, call Jaime Guzman. Thank you, George Santoyo

Normally this Realtor(Suresh Tangudu) will speak with you softly and picks up all your personal data and cunningly responses to your request based on his own benefits. Do not recommend this guy.

This is the most horrible app ever, for 1 you cannot hardly ever get a call back on a home always sending you to a person voice mail and then they never return your call then if you do get ahold of someone it's to late is been sold... 2nd they want to give you someone (agent) who lives in another state then you do and is not licensed where you live... and I am not so sure if the other apps are any better either... been trying to buy home for 7 months or better.

I requested a release from contract, due to a Classic Bait and Switch.

Chase Bray declined.

Bait and Switch is a very bad quality. ESPECIALLY during a Pandemic. People should help people during trialsome times. NOT take advantage of them. He only care for himself.

My experience is Chase Bray is Not Interested in his clients best interests. Beware.

I wanted to have a realtor friend sell my house, but, before I signed, I wanted a second opinion. My family asked that I check Chase Bray out. BOY were they mistaken. Chase has gotten in the way of my family. And now there is a division among us. To the point of a divorce. His involvement has been toxic.

I asked him to exit the contract peacefully. He declined.

He only wanted the contract and has only been asking for quick low ball settlements.

Here is my number I will be glad to elaborate. *******469

Thank you Tom for hanging in there with us! We love our new house. As we are from outside the area, in addition to all your help finding our new home, we especially appreciate how you took time to advise us of what we would need to know about this area of Northern California. We definitely recommend anyone looking for a property in this area contact Tom Pfeiffer at Village Real Estate in Sutter Creek, Ca.

My agent cost me the property!

Let me count the ways:

1- She DID NOT communicate and offered us NO advise. We ARE NOT real estate agents and where clueless as to the best way to navigate the negotiation process.
2- As a buyers agent, she was absent of the ability to go to bat for us and negotiate with the seller in a way that would've made her worth her commission.
3- She was CLUELESS of other offers and failed to inquire leaving us defenseless to counteroffer. REALLY?
4- She called us ONLY if we reached out to her. WTF?

I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE EVER AGAIN, YOUR COMPANY IS A HORRIBLE EXAMPLE OF REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS. YOU SUCK!

The pictures of homes inside and out are deceiving for middle income home buyers. People are interested in looking at the "real deal", don't fabricate and waste everyone's time. Quick taking pictures of furniture and not the whole room.

First contact rude!
July 10, 2020

I was looking online for homes and, of course, had to enter email and phone number. Before I knew it a guy calls and connected me with a Sheila in SC that told me I couldn't afford anything I was looking for. She was very rude and could care less about what I was looking for. Then I get an anonymous text from a SC number, looked it up, and it belongs to Sheila, that I am assuming she meant for it to go to the guy that first talked to me, who knows, but it says, "She can't afford what she thought she could buy." I just think she was completely rude and absolutely no help whatsoever. I'm sure if I was rich enough she'd have treated me nicer. Done!

Realtor.com, along with other of these similar website always devalue the property and give wrong and misleading information to include list a picture of another property with your address or in this case my address is: ******* SW 11 Street Miami, Florida ******* and they have a different address on the upper left hand corner, they have 1098 SW 18 Avenue

What a joke!
July 3, 2020

I have just started the looking for a house process and I saw one I really liked. So i contacted Realtor.com So I can take a peek at a house i was interested in, I have talked to my bank about a pre approved loan and Im able to get on based upon the cost of the house im interested in, the agent from realtor.com that called me said she would not give me the time of day till i was pre approved for the house! 1 REALLY? WHY THE HELL WOULD I GET PRE APPROVED FOR A HOUSE I NEVER LOOKED AT! She said there rules are if you see a house on there site you like you have to get approved for that house before you can even look at it! Is this how house buying really is? What if you dont like the house after you saw it or there is more issues then listed! INSANE!

Worst ever!
June 18, 2020

I have saved query where search for houses of a specific type (single story for example) and subscribe to the email service which sends the results to me daily. This used to all work fine months ago - then it stopped. I started getting houses that didn't match the query and then the emails stopped all together. I wrote support and they went back and forth with me telling it's fixed each time. Now they tell me that my query is not supported! That is crazy. What a horrible [service]. Stay away!

I was looking for at least three months on homes through realtor.com, that said for sale, listed 3 hrs 20 hrs ago so forth. Each time I found a home I would contact a realtor in connection to it or call. Each time, oh the house is still available when do you want to see it? We set a time normally for the same day. SOOOO about, either an hour later OR right before we are set to leave, we get a call from the realtor. Each time they say, the house JUST went under contract so we have to cancel the showing. I can show some we have available. Normally way more than I m looking at in price. So I got smart, or so I thought. I waited on a house we really liked, ready to make an offer even, for about four days. OK, fourth day still for sale. We called set an appointment to go see it, AND OF COURSE, Oh sorry it JUST went into contract. I have some you may like. I'll send a list. BSBSBS! This is like 2-3 times a week this has happened. AT first I thought things are just selling fast, reason I waited on this last one to see if was a slow mover. So I am done with the fraud, the fake listings, the fake realtors, the fake everything. I am going to go FSBO!

Realtor.com reports new homes "1 hour on-the-market"... Later found to be pending or never available. They advise the consumer that the proper notifications have been made when they have not. You believe you're on your way to making a prompt and legal purchase. The fact is, no one even knows you're interested in their house. I've attempted to buy 3 homes that fell through due to failures at realtor.com. Not the listing or sellers agent... Realtor.com consistently fails to communicate properly, on time, & per legal contract. I put dates and times into my messages, declare my pre approval amount, and that I am making an offer. The sellers agent never received the message in time, repeatedly, three times with three different homes. These guys are looking for a lawsuit. Worst part, they don't seem to care at all. We have had our hearts set on 3 available homes, followed by heartbreak due to the negligence at realtor.com. Note: look at the BBB complaints pending.
