Joel Farthing exudes confidence. Our faith in him was not misplaced. He took on the difficult task of selling an old farm and made what seemed an insurmountable task seem easy. In six months it was sold. Joel has an easy and pleasant manor about him that put us at ease.
Best app available for home searching but I wish they would add more search features such as "no pool" and "master on the main". I wish they would require that sellers put the HOA fees in the listings. I
Also experience issues getting updates when new homes come on the market or the price changes but it is still better than other apps.
Losing my Husband of 50 yrs, living in Buena Vista 45 yrs, dealing with personal loss, organizing liquidation, staging a 95 yr old house--KUDOs!
I'm in awe of your "personal" touch to my needs. I did not know what to expect.
You guided me step-by-step with your help and your team. Your personal touch of "making my home real estate ready for sale" helped so much dealing with my loss.
And it doesn't stop there. My home sold and you continue to follow up in my new residence.
You are setting a precedent as a realtor, particularly for the aging population.
Than You So Much to you, Beth Hall, and your Keller Williams Team.
I found Realtor.com an easy site to use, save searches and homes of interest. In reality, this site found the home we bought as it was sent in an e-mail. We contacted our Realtor who met us at the home that evening. There were three bids submitted that night and we won the bid. This home is our perfect dream home. Without the e-mail from Realtor.com we would not have found this house quickly enough to bid on and purchase.
On multiple occasions, I have discovered listing addresses that cannot be found by Mapquest or Google Maps. Realtor.com blames this on MLS.
MLS WANTS to sell the house; why would they bogus the address?
I have been searching for a rental in Atlanta for over a month. Sadly, I am becoming an expert at finding high-jacked listings. Not what you want when looking for a new home. When I report the listing, they check and either remove or update, which is a plus. But I want to find somewhere to live, not investigate whether or not it is an actual rental or location. Use realtor.com sparingly, and check, check, check! Especially if someone contacts you directly via text.
This is not a service which will produce leads- at all, ever. The best they can claim is "X number of people saw your face". One year and $2600 later, I got ZERO leads from Realtor.com Local Expert advertising.
90% of leads are worthless and or set ups for Con Artists using the system for Fraud. If there are any real buyers, and im sure there are some, they will be immediately turned off when they have 6 different agents calling, texting, emailing like a pack of desperate homeless bums, you can kiss even that small percent goodbye. If i were spending 100 a month maybe its worth it, but anything over that is like burning your cash... literally!
The new format is useless because filters are limited. Takes way too long to weed through properties and way too many ads. Can someone tell me why the site was changed. I will be using other sites for searches.
Never had a correct answer if I could ever get a call back, showed me the worst deals that would make him the most commission, unreliable, short tempered, smelled like he never heard of deodorant, and then called the city to make false claims about my own house when I was selling it after he saw on MLS that I was not using him as an agent for all of the above reasons. This guy is a loser. I wish I had known better but just hope this helps someone else avoid this incompetent fool. He must use friends or fake names to post good reviews about himself because in my experience he is a nightmare.
New updated version is awful - unusable! I wish I had known and never would have updated. One Star rating is too high.
Old app was A+. I cannot even begin to list all the problems with the app... my sites are not saved, limiting a neighborhood to a 1 or 2 mile radius, buying versus sold
The app is now one BIG mess... you lost millions of viewers - your advertisers will soon realize they are wasting their money. Whoever is responsible should be fired.
Signed, very unhappy user
Now, searching for another app...
Do your self a favor & do not buy any zip code leads. Who ever the sales agent is, they speak with only the intent that puts money in their pockets. Getting out of any so called agreement is very hard to do! Hope some good attorney picks up on this!
Homes are sold before listings are posted. Site extremely slow, locks up frequently. Automated searches don't work - have been communicating with them 3 months with no fix yet: just apologies and broken promises.
In this era how could you perpetrate such poor taste in your marketing. Why would anyone want to make someone feel bad and then gloat over it. This commercial is worse than Kylie Jenner Pepsi ad. We told our real estate agent to not use real estate.com when listing our home.
Shannon Bragg was our realtor he did an amazing job in helping us find the perfect new home. He made sure we knew everything and was always available if we had any question. I would recommend him to everyone
After house was sold, other websites updated correct information from the MLS.
Realtor.com, however, reverted to old info from 5 years ago!
We have worked with them for 2 months to rectify the listing, and even their own staff cannot figure out why the problem remains.
Realtor.com is filled with inaccurate information. The site is also plagued by technical glitches. "Customer service" doesn't respond to questions or concerns. I recommend choosing one of the other real estate sites.
I have been dealing with this company for over month with the same problem. Our real estate company was in the process of getting our listings automatically posted on Realtor.com, but after a month it still hasn't happened. We have an open case that I call every couple days about to get a status update. Every customer support person tells me the same thing, "I'm sorry I don't know why this is taking so long, I will escalate the issue to management", yet nothing ever happens. They will not provide us with contact information for who is working on the case. I'm now realizing after reading these reviews, that this company is a joke and I should not waste my time.
We literally have used Realtor.com daily for past 6 months while searching for a house in another state- I just logged on and the entire site has changed- WTH!!! Nothing works as it did- my searches and saved houses are gone- worst of all- you can't navigate the map,as before... It amazes me why they would mess up a good thing! The only thing you needed to change/add was the capability to "hide" a property when you don't want it to continue to show up in a search- Zillow offers this feature. I just deleted Realtor app-
Answer: Don't do it! Total scam. They don't allow you to cancel, and don't deliver what they promise. I've wasted $1500 and they want to stick me for another $4500! I signed up for an area with $800k average, but ALL of the leads are for $50 mobile homes. COMPLETE SCAM!
Answer: You can file a claim with the BBB. I am in the process of looking for an attorney. Small claims court is always an option.
Answer: Just be sure you are dealing with a realtor. Do not send any money to anybody at a moneygram account. Just make sure it is a realtor you are working with. Because there are scams out there that ask you to send money pretend to be owner etc. you can always ask for license number and go to trec website and check to see if number is real. Hope that helps.
Answer: I hope that if enough of us post about Realtor.com scamming, defrauding our industry we can stop them, scammed myself, never again, worst customer service I have ever encountered.
