The worse app does not work online or on the app. Take for ever or dont even load... nothing positive to say
Cindy Day helped me 2 different times while I was in Cape Coral to find the perfect property. She was very helpful and patient with us and is knowledgable about the area and the market plus she recommended a lender for us that did a great job! Cindy is very professional and went above and beyond for us, I would recommend her to anyone looking in the Cape Coral area!
Rick Trevers is not to be trusted. He took management fees for 5 months while a property was vacant and being remodeled. Didn't even tell the home owner he was doing so. Property was making zero $ for homeowner yet he took money out of the reserves for doing nothing. He is shady and dishonest. Shame on him.
On every computer, Mac or PC, with any browser Realtor.com will max out the processor if you open two or more tabs showing homes for sale. There is zero reason for this to happen with static images and text.
Also, the new design where the pictures of the listing are in one page that doesn't respond to the page up/down buttons nor the arrows to scroll up and down. Only a track pad, the scroll bar on the side of the page, or a scroll wheel will move the page.
Both of these issues are failures of basic web design.
I Am very pissed and embarrassed. I don't have the best credit. I realize this is my fault but your finance person made me feel like a piece of $#*!. He was very rude. And flat argued with me and disrespected a potential customer. Never again will I use or recommend this sight to anyone.
Fair experience, nothing much to say, need faster responding time indeed.
Tried a lot of them, nothing turns out really helpful.
Macy Wiles is as shady as they come. He sold me a house with mold in the walls and floors in the basement. He knew the selling agent and paid for the inspection with cash as a "house warming gift" I'm a single mom with a special needs child with health issues and a teenage daughter. He will say he had no knowledge of the issue but he actually knew the selling agent as well as a previous tenant. The water restoration review states that mold was covered up with paint and was the result of a flood that happen before I moved in. When I contact him his response was "Im not a mold specialist" he has a background in construction as well. During the inspection the inspector that he hired assured me that a tiny mold spot on the wall downstairs was "not the bad kind of mold and I had no worries" My whole family has been having respiratory issues and I've had to install a hvac high efficiency air purifier just to be able to stay in the home upstairs. Run do not walk away from this man.
I was an outside home buyer from Denver trying to buy a house in Rochester Minnesota. I thought going online was my best option to find a good realtor. I came along Bill Tucker from Remax Rochester Minnesota. I picked a house and wanted him to represent me in the purchase. Bill served me a Dual Representation Agreement without disclosing any details about it. By doing so he broke his duties and obligation and represented the seller's best interests. Dual Representation Agreement is illegal in Colorado and so many other states as well just because it does not serve the consumer it only serves the brokers. It was a learning experience not to deal with Bill Tucker anymore or even recommend him.
Faxed in all my information along w/ application fee, except for my soc sec card & DL for my protection. An made it clear upon viewing the property i would bring in my soc sec card & DL To agent. It too her 5 or more days to respond. She does not return or answer calls in a timely manner if at all. Then she requested that i resubmit another application. So i emailed her an let her know i was no longer interested. An to send the m/o back to me.
I had been using Realtor.com to track my home's value. For the life of the home the value calculated seemed to be consistent with the approximate market value. Then, sometime in January 2019 the value calculated by Realtor.com dropped by 2/3. The price per square foot is showing as approximately 1/3 that of the comparables. When I complained (twice) online to their customer service I got no response. When I finally called, they gave me a song and dance about using industry data for which they are not responsible. Unfortunately, the fact that every other valuation site engine is showing a reasonable valuation for my home shows that this is patently false. I suspect that if I am having this problem, their data or algorithm is likely showing really bad/inaccurate results for other homes. I would not recommend using Realtor.com either as a buyer or seller.
I actually am a real estate agent in California and have been for over 30 years. I owned a property in Buckeye, Arizona and decided to sell it after receiving a letter from Melissa Lewis with WestUSA in Goodyear who lives in the neighborhood that my house was in and I was between tenants. She was without a doubt the best choice I could have made. Being in another state she went so far above and beyond her duties as my agent and made this one of the easiest transactions I've ever had, it was sold in the first week for full price. She took care of everything including the repairs needed, she returns calls immediately, stays in touch through out the transaction and answers all questions, She really takes the bull by the horns and makes things happen. If you are in need of a great agent make sure you call Melissa, you will be glad you did.
I have emailed them several times that I can't scroll through pictures or open street view or share anymore. They send a robo response then a few days later tell me I haven't responded to their emails about where I'm looking at them. I've sent the same freaking info 4 times and received 4 robo responses so they have gotten it. This is terrible customer service. They've been a problem for the last few years it's ridiculous
I've been trying to cancel for months now!
This co is horrific. Horrible leads. Take your $. Impossible to reach anyone. Maje scam artists. Unbelievable they are still in business!
I started using realtor.com to search for homes in an area I am considering for relocation. It's no longer possible to move between the pages of saved homes, most of the time I am unable to move between my account and search features without getting a "Sorry, technical difficulties" screen. I had one response from customer service a month ago, assuring me that it was a known issue and developers were working to fix the problem, but it's not been fixed to date. I have had to look at each listing in my saved homes and search for them on Zillow so that I can save them for future reference. This website has great search features and filters, and I loved the option of being able to record notes on the respective properties, but it's not worth the headache. What a huge disappointment.
This is the 2nd time I have seen this with my home, and I was not even selling. It shows it was updated. How could they give anyone real leads when I know for a fact my home wasn't even for sale. I'm reporting them. I have had it. And I have been receiving mail from tons of realtors when I'm not even selling. This is harassment!
Buyer Beware! I signed up with realtor.com, they boast and sell the product as if superior to all others. I was very happy for the first year, but then the gave me a price adjustment upon renewal. Automatically renewing they DOUBLED my feess. I called and complained spoke with Justin NannSykes who was very unpleasant and wants to tell you what YOU are going to do. Extremely passive aggressive. They decreased my # of referrals to NONE and continued to charge me the original fees. I realized that there have been no refunds and my services have been completely cut off, they were charging me and providing zero service. I called back to complain and they just sent me right back to Justin, who when he spoke to me started every sentence with "I told you when we last spoke." Completely unacceptable and completely unbelievable! There is nothing pleasant about being conned and ripped off by these referral companies. I wish we did not need them and I wish there was some way to regulate them. In addition to that they stated that they would refund the money they stole, it has been over a month and still nothing. This company is criminal as far as I can see and I hope they are audited as a result of this review and found to be unethical scammers! Extremely disappointed REALTOR... in my opinion this company is very unethical! :(
Realtor.com doesn't publish reviews that are negative to agents. They send them back and make you edit them until they turn positive!
While they may not make money from buyers (they may, but I don't know for sure) they do solicit agents to spend money on leads. They do in fact recommend or rank agents based on the space they buy on the site, so their suggestions are not based on any kind of merit. I did however, find an exceptional agent online. That is key. Find a REALTOR in your area and ask around, check yelp, check how many listings they have, check zillow and google them. This site is not a broker. Do not give them money. You can browse properties, or even get some sense of your home's value, but they are in no way a substitute for a real estate professional.
I worked with Lucille Leiting to sell my home and to purchase my condo. She provides you with information and suggestions to make your home more attractive to buyers when you are selling, and she shows you all the homes that she thinks will fit your needs if you are buying. She truly works hard for her clients, and I was extremely happy with both my sale and my purchase.
Some listings come up gray shaded (all of a sudden), yet if I go to other sites Zillow, trulia they have the full listing w/photos, Also realtor.com will freeze. Up (not my computer) and you can't go to the next page. It comes up 494 Error the request could not be satisfied-Bad Request-Generated by Cloudfront. Yet I have no problem with Zillow or Trulia. Took my computer to Best Buy and they said it is the site not my computer also my real estate agent has the same problem in his office. SICK OF THIS SITE- WILL NO LONGER WASTE MY TIME USEING REALTOR.COM!
Answer: Don't do it! Total scam. They don't allow you to cancel, and don't deliver what they promise. I've wasted $1500 and they want to stick me for another $4500! I signed up for an area with $800k average, but ALL of the leads are for $50 mobile homes. COMPLETE SCAM!
Answer: You can file a claim with the BBB. I am in the process of looking for an attorney. Small claims court is always an option.
Answer: Just be sure you are dealing with a realtor. Do not send any money to anybody at a moneygram account. Just make sure it is a realtor you are working with. Because there are scams out there that ask you to send money pretend to be owner etc. you can always ask for license number and go to trec website and check to see if number is real. Hope that helps.
Answer: I hope that if enough of us post about Realtor.com scamming, defrauding our industry we can stop them, scammed myself, never again, worst customer service I have ever encountered.
