I was a customer for a few years. They would change scheduled deliveries without a chance to modify items to be delivered. When I called and cancelled in the beginning of May, I advised that I did not have a dispenser not any bottles requiring pick up. Found a charge on my account of $19.99 for bottle pick up. When I called to fix it, the representative said that he cannot fix it since my account is closed. I now have to contest it with my bank.
We spend the summers in Massachusetts and the winters in Florida. In the beginning of last summer we contracted with ready Fresh. Two of the five deliveries were left in the wrong place and therefore the empty bottles were not picked up. When I started to communicate with the company about suspending the deliveries for the winter, the real fun begun. I sent an email through the site and got no response. So, I decided to close my account and after the second request (two weeks) I got a text saying that I need to talk to somebody and gave me a number to call. When I called I got the message that they cannot take calls and I need to resolve it on the site. In the mean time, we are in Florida and the empty bottles that I left outside were flown away by the wind.
This company has horrible service. Stay away. Our water cooler broke down. We requested a new one and it leaked fresh out of the box. Request it to be replaced. So they scheduled it to be delivered on a Friday approximately two days away. It was not delivered, but rescheduled for the following Monday. Then rescheduled for Wednesday then rescheduled for Friday then rescheduled for Monday. Oh but we will deliver the water. Useless people, absolutely useless. Poor customer service. It is not worth doing business. Run run away fast!
The service is bad, they don't deliver the water on time, they change the delivery every day depending on your need, 1 week goes by without receiving the water, the customer service is bad, you don't have a supervisor to talk to... and yes you need it the supervisor can only connect you 24 hours later… really?
BJ'S should not let these companies that provide such poor service enter to contact customers.
Initial delivery was changed by 1 day, not a big deal. When the clown shows up 5 hrs after specified time... well then... you suck.
Our 1st reorder was now change from the Nov 24th to the 29th. Leaving us without water for the holiday... total BS. If I could give a 0 rating I would.
This company is a nightmare! They charged me for an extra dispenser for months, would not take it off. Sent me to collections for no reason, all invoices were paid and I proved the checks were cashed by them! The customer representatives have no clue what they are doing nor do they have any access to help with any billing or customer service issues. They charged me $200 per month! I now pay 49.99 for ENDLESS amount of AMAZING Filtered water each month! ReadyFresh is a SCAM!
Worst service I've ever encountered. Not sure how they have a legitimate business. In 6 months not a single reply to my online queries. Overbilled and overdelivered. Hidden customer service phone number on the website. Can't cancel without calling
It took them more than a month for not deliver my water, and at the end they charge me twice for something that was never deliver. I had to call them more than 10 times ask about the water, and they always said it would be deliver by the end of the day, and for the fact it was never deliver they claim that they deliver, plus charge me twice. I would never return to this company again. The worst experience ever.
I received a notice from a collections company today letting me know I had an outstanding balance. I pay by order, so how I have this is a mystery. I call Ready and they can't tell me why I haven't gotten invoices, or they haven't called/left a message? Then have the gall to tell me to pay the collections company and come back to place a new order. Avoid these folks, terrible business.
Today 10/19/21 at about 3:20, one of their drivers parked the middle of 20th st nw DC, blocking drivers and alleyways. He ignored all the honking to move over and slowly took boxes out of his truck and delivered them to an apartment building. Shortish guy. Stragglee goatee. Truck license ending in 516. I tried calling customer service but gave up after 15 minutes. These people might want your business but rude drivers and lousy customer service.
They act like we are at their mercy, not so, because without customers, they don't have a business. Yes, we allow this company to patronize us. It's time to stop ordering anything from ReadyRefresh namely Blue Trion!
Our delivery is a week late. I waited on hold for 1 hour before I spoke with someone and then another hour to speak with a supervisor. After explaining myself and stating what an inconvience this was for our business the call was dropped. The representative had my account information and never called me back. So aggrevating. They stated that they're under staffed. I understand if our order was 1-2 days late but not a week, that's unacceptable. This is a major company and just because you're under staffed doesn't mean you degrade your business. There are ways around it to make your customers happy. We will be in search for another water company to provide us water.
I have been a customer for about 5 months. One month they didn't deliver, but charged me anyway. Now I received a letter stating that they are discontinuing my service. The 800 number on the letter says their busy and hangs up. I tried to use the chat function on the webite - "I'm still learning" is the response. I submitted a question as to why they are discontinuing service on the website and it states " You will receive a response in 5-7 days"!
They can come pick up their stuff. They SUCK!
Just awful service and customer service. Almost impossible to get in touch with anyone to speak to.
Tried to change my invoice online but they kept delivering and charging. We even declined water in November but they charged us anyway and would not remove it.
Cancelled Service
This company has gotten too big for its britches. They want everyone to pay online, they don't want to send bills in the mail, they never have the delivery day correct. Today I had asked for "skip a delivery" online and they delivered water. They cannot pick it back up for several days. I finally canceled. I am so tired of all this online junk that never works, but they sure take your money, overcharge, charge a delivery fee, etc. Water has gone up considerably more than it should and people who work in management make a lot of money. We have canceled and will go back to just buying water at the store. Nestle/ReadyRefresh does not care about you as a customer.
I have using Ozarka water for over 10 years. But once they sold to Readyfresh, the service is getting worse and worse. Especially for the past couple years, they do not even care about the customer service any more. They try to create all the hurdle to reach them by phone.
Now, this happened to our office. We have cancelled services and the dispenser has been picked up two month ago. They still keeping charging our credit card. Called the customer services, keep cut off the line. Finally made one. Then they hang on the phone with no voice. Horrible Service~~
They never answer your calls or emails. I have sent 8 emails to get rid of the cooler, and they never responds. They will tell you your delivery is confirmed and then not deliver it. They are not at all a good company to deal with, They never pick up when you call and if they do they change you to talk to one of the service reps.
Great the first two months then slowed down our water delivery. Third month showed uo late and fourth month never showed up at all. I discovered them charging me for TWO dispensers. C. Service rudely told me they will NOT refund for charging us double and still had to pay 107.00 cancelation fee. Lastly told me they cannot delete my credit card information from the company. Very unsatisfying.
They have a horrible customer service, to call is to waste an hour of your time. Who has that for water?
One time they just dumped the water on the road, I had to lift all 8 5gallon water bottles and carry them to the door. The only reason I signed up is because I cannot carry things. They charge $20.00 like crazy, don't get this service.
Since I've moved to Austin area. Worst service ever! Always rescheduled in the middle of the night. I can't get water delivered for two weeks now. Text messages rescheduled in the middle of the night. No one shows. Customer service number hungs up and recording that there are to many calls. Finally been on hold for an hour to be told I'm rescheduled once again. Then I'm being charged 50 for cleaning fee to cancel. This does not deserves a ONE star. Calling BBB.
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
