I used ReadyRefresh for approximately 18 months. In my experience, ReadyRefresh would occasionally add items to my orders at my expense. On one occasion, ReadyRefresh created a delivery of 5-gallon water bottles, billed me $48 for it, and refused to reimburse me for items I did not order nor want. Canceling my ReadyRefresh account was a bit of a hassle because they repeatedly changed the date to pickup my dispenser. There are a lot of home water delivery services, and you can do much better than ReadyRefresh.
This is the worst company there is for water service. I would have 6 bottles on my order and they would dump off 14 or more and then charge us and refuse to take back the sealed unopened bottles. The customer service is a joke, you have to call an 800 number and talk to rude people that are no where near your area and could care less. They never get the instructions correct and the drivers pay no attention to the instructions. I cancelled that service and went with Neptune water instead. Much better fixed price and much better service.

6.) They will gladly take your money and provide horrible service
7.) I feel bad for the delivery driver as ours is incredible but the company he is employed by is a joke

11.) You will NEVER speak to a supervisor
12.) I could go on and on so bottom line, find another provider for your water deliveries.
I have been doing business with Ready refresh for around 3 years lately they announced increase of price every 2 months but never tell you how much; it get to a point that is better for me to buy water in bottles from another place for my business' they are charging me $13.49 per jug +other fees and delivery when they one not when schedule, I called 2 times spoke with 4 people to cancel for the last 2 month ago and they do not cancel and keep bothering me with calls and emails for deliveries that they do not do, they driver stop by and we told him that we cancel so pick up the empty bottles and he refuse to do it when the order from the company was there as they told me over the phone, but drivers do not make money for pick ups only. Very Unprofessional company no matter the size. We are in 8501 SW 124 Ave

I have experienced all of the same problems that I see here. Problem is that here on Long Island you are stuck…it's like it's a monopoly of water deliveries! So what's a senior who no longer drives and is handicapped to do!? I sincerely hope that the powers that be do something to improve.
You guys are the worst... if I could the worst words in the world I would... false advertising I referred two ppl never received my 50 on each one because there minimum order has to be 20 and it does not say that at all in the terms and conditions... will be canceling... you guys suck $#*!
I came in on a promotion from where they came to ALL of our houses and offer the service yet never on time. And this month I didn't get any at all. They overcharge you for BS. And they send out faulty machinery
I was so excited to sign up with this water delivery company due to the fact that drinking the pipe water makes me sick so I never have drank it in the 10 years of living in this country. I always have bought bottled water from BJ's and supermarkets in cases and to now to solve my issue excitedly signed up at Bjs. First delivery went ok with equipment second delivery they left the bottles on ground floor I live in a 2 floor building and also delivered the wrong amount of bottles. Also I never received the promised bjs gift card that you are supposed to get after signing up I called so many times. Fourthly this company will make miscellaneous $2 charges on your account and you can't ever remove a card even if you close your account. They are a disorganized mess. I've never hated a company as much. Such a disgrace!
We have this service for a business but will be canceling. A typical water delivery will be rescheduled 3-4 times per delivery. They never listen to instructions given and constantly show up outside of business hours. The last cleaning was rescheduled 7 times. It still has not happened. We end up purchasing water at the grocery store. There is no point to this service.
Worst experience ever. They are never on time with their deliveries, keeps rescheduling and time wasted trying to call the company each time to ask what happened and when it will come. Reassure that it will come the next scheduled date they give me. Went through 6 reschedules and they finally picked up the product since we ended up cancelling. False promises and worst water service ever. They used to be ok, not sure what happened to the company. DONT USE THEM
In my eyes and my opinion the rating in a BIG FAT ZERO. These reviews need to have that option to put zero.
They have changed my water deliver date several time 3 months out of the 4 months that I had service with them. I called and canceled my services on February 3,2022 after they changed the delivery date. Made an appointment to have the water cooler and the empty bottles picked up fir February 15,2022. This low down dirty company has change the date daily to another day. I got an email today yet again changing the date to pick up to February 22,2022. I am ready to throw the machine out if they do not come and get it February 22,2022. They hold your credit card hostage and will not let you delete the information. But I had a trick for that.
When hiring this company, be prepared for an eternal headache. I'm paying every month for a delivery that only comes every two months. When I contacted the company, they ignored it and continued charging... I canceled the service, but let's see if the charges continue... if you want peace of mind, avoid this company.
Impossible to reach if one has a question/issue. Takes forever before/if anyone will pick up the phone (I end hanging up after being on hold forever…only to waste my time yet again by trying another day…when I end up hanging up yet again after wasting yet more time on a "forever" hold) AND they don't respond to emails…Sooo frustrating, indeed. Time to find a new water service.
ReadyRefresh is essentially contemptuous of its customers. The website provides no options to give instructions for delivery. It is impossible for the customer to reschedule, even many days ahead, but the company itself simply fails to deliver when promised and casually notes that the delivery has been rescheduled. Overall, the service is atrociously run.
Been a customer for 10 years with good service. My cooler is leaking for months and every time I call the 800 number I am transferred all over and then disconnected. I am 3 months with a broken cooler and can not contact anyone to help. It is truly unbelievable.
Might as well buy the dispenser from Costco and install it yourself. I was not made aware that they would not install the unit. They were to give me a text/call one hour prior to arriving. I installed the unit and called to see how to install the door and they said it's broken - cheap plastic - and need to send another one. They are very polite on the phone but lousy dispenser and service.
I have provided them with my costco number for more than 6 months and they still bill me at the full rate, when called, I was talking with a nasty women called Desray. She is so unprofessional and should not be working in sales at all. My problem is still unresolved and i have to chance them for their own mistakes to fix and try to get my money back.
They make it impossible for you to cancel the service, and even when you finally managed to cancel it, they keep sending you bills and bills from a nonexistent service and from goods you will never ever receive. If you don't pay this ghost water bottle service, they threaten you with collect letters and calls. Please don't fall for this, stay away, you will regret it as I regret now. Their social media is flooded with complaints of this sort. Beware.
I was a customer for a few years. They would change scheduled deliveries without a chance to modify items to be delivered. When I called and cancelled in the beginning of May, I advised that I did not have a dispenser not any bottles requiring pick up. Found a charge on my account of $19.99 for bottle pick up. When I called to fix it, the representative said that he cannot fix it since my account is closed. I now have to contest it with my bank.
We spend the summers in Massachusetts and the winters in Florida. In the beginning of last summer we contracted with ready Fresh. Two of the five deliveries were left in the wrong place and therefore the empty bottles were not picked up. When I started to communicate with the company about suspending the deliveries for the winter, the real fun begun. I sent an email through the site and got no response. So, I decided to close my account and after the second request (two weeks) I got a text saying that I need to talk to somebody and gave me a number to call. When I called I got the message that they cannot take calls and I need to resolve it on the site. In the mean time, we are in Florida and the empty bottles that I left outside were flown away by the wind.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
