We were sold by a door saleswoman who lied about the water dispenser being free with a new deal they were doing & about the price of the water jugs. After we realized we were being overcharged every month, we decided to cancel because they refused to reimburse us. after canceling, we were not told there was a fee for the dispenser, which then resulted in multiple late fees. Now the fee is more than double than the original, & we have no choice but to pay it. Do not ever buy from this company. I see why they have lawsuits against them.

I am trying to call them, txt or e-mail good luck like they do not exist. I have to change my dispenser because it start leaking. I am been calling the office since this morning and there phone listed is keep answering buzzy.
You r-mail or try to call the main office and then you forget it.

This company is horrible. The delivery drivers are horrible the customer service is horrible my entire experience with them was terrible I would never recommend any to use them and they continue to try to bill and charge me for equipment I no longer have trying to tell me bs abt a prior charge and if you ask to speak with a supervisor another jackass gets on the phone and it's the same service I rate this company a zero out of ten! I do not recommend
I was a customer for many years and experienced price increase after price increase, but I always let it go, as I enjoyed the convenience of the water deliveries. But then the water cooler I was renting from them also went up to $16.25 per month. Without warning, last month (July, 2023), they raised my water cooler fee to a whopping $32.00 per month. This was the last straw for me. I called and asked them to pick up the cooler, which resulted in a $50.00 fee! Watch out for this company and watch out for all the fees. I hung in there for a while, but unfortunately, when I did an average cost of goods, taxes. Fees, etc., my average price for a 5-gallon bottle of water was $17.00 each.
You can not get through to anyone ever regarding any issues you have by calling them. Literally every option gets you to no one. You can not live chat on their website either. I can not get any info regarding options other than an email which you need to allow 5-10 business days to get a response. Do yourself a favor and not get them or discontinue service.
This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am finally pulling the plug and canceling my service after about a year. Inconsistent communication, delivery on DIFFERENT days as scheduled so no chance to put out the giant jugs for collection. At one point I had about 12 5-gallon jugs stacked around my apartment. TERRIBLE. I love Poland Springs but nothing is worth this headache.
I wish I could give them negative stars.
Long time customer but over the last few years has become nasty lying bunch of scoundrels. I cancelled and picked another company immediately. They didn't even bother to ask why I was so flabergasted

Was a customer for 15 years and they totally Lost my business as of the other day very rude customer service honestly this business should close down very very rude supervisors also they just don't care! You guys suck! You guys deserve zero stars!
You hire them make sure you never wanna have water because you won't. They reschedule every single time this supposed to be there every four weeks turns into six weeks but they make sure they bill you on time! After I canceled they tried to deliver to me for three months so seems their office is just as good as their delivery! Awful. 1 star is too high a rating
Ok service some late, some on time. A lot of hidden fees dont try to cancel, more hidden fees you have to call them pretty much for everything If you select cancel service Through there automated system they will give you the impression that they're closed. But if you select new service you'll get right through.
So they emailed me after raising their delivery charges to let me know they are no longer delivering to my area. Since then four times including today 1/10/2022 I have seen their trucks delivering to RESIDENTIAL addresses. I don't have the slightest idea why they are still in business if so many people are dissatisfied.

They are still delivering in my area and catch them on my cameras often. They are not taking any new customers (so they say). Amazon delivers water and it's free (for now) so why would I go back to these guys! Done with Not-So-Ready Refresh!
Charges $3.00 to send a paper bill when you have a zero balance due. Charges $4.99 to speak to a customer representative assistance representative. Charges in advance for bottles of water regardless of whether you need them all and delivery person will not deliver less when asked. We have had it with them and switching to another company.
I've only been a customer for a few months and I've never had such a bad experience. There hot and cold water dispenser made such loud noises that I had to unplug it. I went through three of them and the last one leaked 2:1/2gallons of water on to my floor just hrs after they delivered the dispenser. Now they refuses to call me back or come pick up the dispenser. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
I don't usually do reviews. I read so many bad reviews yet I decided to see for myself. Great ontime service! I got exactly what I ordered and where I wanted it. I received my texts when it would be delivered and another text when it was delivered.
We used Poland Spring for 9 years. After Ready Refresh bought them out we never got an on time delivery since.
They disappeared for 5 months. We tried to contact them over the phone but could not talk to a human being. Now, after being gone for 5 months, no delivers, not billing and no answering the phone or emails, we get a bill for $400 saying we owe them for products we never received nor got delivered. And get this, they said after several failed attempts to contact us they are turning the bill over to collections. If they tried contacting us we wouldn't have been lugging 5 gallon jugs from the supermarket for the past 5 months now would we.
Ready Refresh is a joke.
ReadyRefresh has started consistently missing their delivery dates. I had problems with my water dispenser so they offered to replace it with a new dispenser. The dispenser they brought was visibly damaged and not fully functional. They scheduled another exchange for the next day, but I decided to cancel. That was two weeks ago and they keep rescheduling the pickup of my dispenser and empty bottles. One day they didn't bother to text me that the pickup was rescheduled until 6:47 on the morning of the pickup. That was after I carried the dispenser and bottles outside. I brought them back in and they are now taking up space and very much in the way. It's been a week since then and my pickup is supposedly happening tomorrow but I'm just waiting for the next reschedule. Fortunately, I signed up with Culligan right after I canceled my ReadyRefresh service, and my new Culligan water dispenser has already been delivered.
I am handicap they leave water in Hall way when and if they decide to bring it. I had to cancel my credit card because they were taking money for a service they were NOT giving. I have called them for the last 5 months to pick up everything and after 50 phone calls I still have everything but they try to charge me each month and I have tried on good will to stop service they are like the enigerzer bunny they keep going with bad customer service to bad delivery service. Don't get involved with this company.
Company never picks up empty bottles just reschedules. This has been going on for about a month. I believe this is a way to keep charging you for the bottles.
Cancelled the service now have 9 bottles waiting for pickup since Nov 1; they cancelled pickup 10 times so far.

After the initial delivery I got nothing. No delivery no bill no contacts Nothing. Until today when I got a letter from a collection agency. Tried to contact customer service and all I got was bad attitude and ultimately hung up on.
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
