Our delivery that was slated for yesterday, was canceled by our driver, according to customer service agent. We now have to wait an additional week to get the delivery. Very poor service. Surprised that this joke of a service is still in business. Whatever you do, don't sign up for this frustration!
I started with this company in February 2021! All was good till May 12 blocked my front door wrong order! Order instructions side door! Customer service supervisor took care of it! Same thin againg 6-4 21 left at front door called customer service never called me back as I was told! We cant move the water do to health issues I was so upset! The water still there and can stay there I done with this inconsiderate company! They just refunded for May I did not order!
I should have checked the reviews first. A rating of 1 is too high for this company. This company deserves a -10 rating. They delivered the wrong product to start with and after attempting to contact them through the app with no response, we called customer service and got the runaround from them. Tried to schedule for a delivery twice and after getting text messages that they would be there to correct the issue; they were a no show and failed to contact us. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY!
Call to cancel my membership with ready refresh They charge me for 2 water dispenser when I only had one. Not only that they keep sending me random charges. And another thing if you want to skip a delivery that doesn't matter to them. They'll still charge you for a service you don't want. 0/5
I had an account for years -about 2 years ago they made me place my credit card on file because I added a second account - which was fine but, I over paid them on both accounts and for 9 months they tried to keep charging my credit card for new deliveries instead of looking at each account and realizing i had over 70 dollars in credits per account - for nine months all i did was agree with them why they wouldn't deliver. I even went as far as to order more to make sure they could make money -this didn't even work, They demanded i pay up front even after admitting i was owed credits, they would say you pay us then we will credit it back, this never happened was a lie all the time, I Wouldn't recommend them ever again. There is no reason why a costumer should have to agree so much eso when they are wrong, Utter nightmare company utter nightmare.
I have used their services for more than 3 years. Their sales rep sold me at a BJ's location. As I am finding out now when I am trying to cancel that at the time the rep sold their services, he had conveniently omitted many important information - one of which is that they would charge me $50 to take back the water dispenser when I cancel. I canceled my services today because they kept on increasing their charges for each delivery. I asked the rep on the phone to direct me to my signed contract where I had agreed to pay this. She repeatedly said "it's under terms & conditions", which may have been changed since I had signed up. If this doesn't get resolved and waived, I will make a complaint against this fraudulent company to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Ready Refresh has been raking in money during COVID, making unauthorized deliveries along with unauthorized payments to my debit card. I am being robbed. Called them about 20 times, no answer. Email them 4 times, no answer. Disputing every charge with the bank. They won't let me cancel my account.
They took over from Eagles Peak and it has been absolutely horrible. There doesn't seem to be any trickle down from Customer Service to the actual service and delivery. Repeated requests over months to receive a call back from a supervisor - ignored. Delivery updates - ignored. Received differing answers to the same questions upon repeated calls. We finally canceled. Even after they notified me that they had received my cancellation, they then delivered anyway, and left them outside, even after we notified them that we are closed during the pandemic. AND we responded to THEIR automated email requested closure information and let them know. Stay away from this horrible company. The drivers were all very friendly each time. I felt badly for them, working for such a crummy company.
I've been trying to return my dispenser and 4 empty jugs since July 2023. ReadyRefresh continually gives me scheduled dates and never show up. I sit and wait to no avail. I had a "re-scheduled date for today 11/17/23. They never showed up. They apologizes and read from their script and never honor their word. I have offered to return the products to their Lanham office but they won't accept them.
I don't know what to do at this point. I just want my account free and clear.
I would like to let you know that are company is exceedingly satisfied with your company's product, but more importantly the people that represent your company. I speak of the delivery team their excellent performance and professionalism is above reproach.
I would give it below zero rate. Moved to another state in Aug last year. The service & auto pay are not allowed to be canceled online. Took hours to be transferred to a rep cancelled the service. And the rep didn't cancel auto pay, and he even didn't bother to tell me. Getting charges after moving to a new place. Called and emailed countless times over the past 7 months. It still charring me as of now March 2022. It is a harassments, terrible org.
They set my bank info to auto pay, I cannot take it off. They lied with products' price. They site is scam, because they don't give you a chance to unsubscribe. I thinking about filing a law suit against them.
They will reschedule your deliveries by one day every month so the days add up, then they'll start "rescheduling" your next delivery daily until the next one is due. That's not a reschedule, ReadyRefresh, that's what humans call CANCELLING. Their support is woefully incompetent, you will never be routed to the right department the first time, and they'll ask you to wait until your delivery end timeframe (conveniently AFTER their support hours!) before calling back. You will get hung up on for no reason constantly, and they make it absolutely impossible for you to actually get what you pay for. Avoid at all costs!
Whenever you call now, they have a warning that they will charge you if you speak to a customer service agent. Besides for having terrible customer service, being extremely overpriced, and constantly raising their prices, they are also nasty with the "pay to speak to us" charge
Multiple issues with this company. They would always reschedule or cancel my deliveries. The driver once canceled claiming my driveway was icy, though there was no ice but dry dirt. And the driver constantly delivered more bottles than ordered, when they actually showed up. I used them for 2 months and had all these issues! I canceled my account.
I called two different phone numbers to get answers about why half of my order is missing. Unfortunately, the two different reps that answered after calling the two different numbers, did not understand English very well at all. It's frustrating when you call a business in the U.S. and they don't understand English. This is disturbing. Especially since I still don't have answers to my missing order.
This company I will never ever recommend to anyone. The service is horrible from customer service to delivery. They are always quick to charge the customer extra unnecessary fees even when they skip or cancel your delivery the day of and also when you completely discontinue service with them. They have ridiculous charges for their service. I wished I had never wasted my money on this company
Ready refresh won't let me close my account and continues to send me invoices. Won't answer the phone or emails. This should be illegal! Worst company ever. If I don't pay the bills they will undoubtedly report me to the collection company. I think I need to get a lawyer. Stay far away from this company
This company NEVER shows up when they are scheduled. We typically go 2 weeks without water without an explanation. We cancelled our service and "Selima" in the cancellation department said we had to pay a $50 refurbishment fee that they never tell you about in the beginning on a refurbished rental that never worked correctly since it was delivered in October)! Terrible customer service, terrible operations department, terrible company. Crystal Rock seems to be much better.
I have contacted customer service three times to no avail. Driver continues to leave water at end of driveway instead of coming to the door. I currently have 12 bottles of water that need to be picked up but are not being picked up.
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
