Dishonest company, you are never able to get a hold of anyone in customer service, they will collect bottles and then claim you still have them and charge you for it! Water is not that great and worst of all they are rude and unwilling to help! I have asked several times for them to stop deliveries and they keep delivering bottles and charging me for it!
Company has charged me twice for delivery never received. Told me they were no longer serving our town and then left water. Tried to get answers from customer service and they were the rudest most uninformed staff and always turned the failed system on the purchaser. Absolutely horrible company.
ReadyRefresh has not made deliveries as scheduled from 7/20/22. They keep apologizing and rescheduling but not delivering as promised. I have 7 empty bottles outside my home that has not been picked up. No representative can direct me to where I can drop off the empty bottles. I was told today the delay is due to the availability of products such as the 5-gallon bottle of water. This is the worst service I have ever received and will not recommend their service, it has inconvenienced my family and me. Please see a photo of their email response.
I went off on them because they tried to over charge me for months I didn't receive water after paying them double just so my bill could be ahead plus I never got my water for this month they said they don't have enough drivers and that business is bad still got no waters cancelled service they have not came and got their equipment now I'm stuck with 8 empty bottles
At first I was happy with the service but they've already rescheduled delivery 10 different times because they can't deliver water and I received the credit of $100 for referring a friend they put it on my account it was there for 2 days and then they took it away with zero this is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with it's almost impossible to get anybody on the phone and nobody knows what the other person is doing
I have a $51.90 credit on my account because they kept overcharging me and finally started just deducting the amount but with this new customer service team, I was told they need to pre-authorize $43. For what?! They owe me money. They have never done that before. How do you charge me when you OWE me money?
This by far is the worst company I have ever worked with. Their customer service is a joke as well as their delivery service. The world should not be using plastic anymore anyway but i would never buy my water from them!
I had my service for almost a year and they increased the the price almost every month, Customer services does not work with you as they say "The price is that price". Then make sure you read the Terms and Conditions as they will hit you with a $50 restocking fee for the water dispenser. I wont recommend this to anyone. If you don't get water a month they charge $5 for the rental fee, when it was supposed to be free
We've been a long time ready refresh customer. Some things i'm not at all pleased with. Especially trying to schedule a cleaning visit. They get cancelled. Nobody calls back. Nobody shows.
But, this time Shane showed up and we will specifically request shane for our dispenser cleaner services. He's efficient, very pleasant and very customer oriented. I'd highly recommend him on behalf of the ready refresh cleaning service.

They have you waiting all day and keep changing your deliver date.
You find out when you call that your delivery date has been changed. Went through this several times. They are overwhelmed and need to change the service. Hire more workers. The customers suffer.
We use Ready Refresh for our company and the delivery guys are the worst. They leave our water outside and do not bring it into the office and they always leave the empty 5 gallon jugs so we have about 13 stacked in our front office right now. I have complained at least 10 times to a manager and nothing is ever done. They continue to leave our stuff outside when they should be bringing it up to the office area.
Two solicitors that hid their ID badges had my wife scan their QR code then grabbed her phone out of her hand and started an order. My wife was so take by surprise that she didn't catch on until the girl clicked on the Check Out Button, at which time she snatched her phone back and told the solicitors that she would have to speak to her husband before purchasing. One was a chubby white girl with curly blonde hair about 5' 5" and the other was thinner with long black hair, about 5' 3".
No matter how many times you call their 800 number no one will answer.
Their website is even worse. It won't allow you to change delivery address when you move. You try contacting them and they never reply.
My card on auto-pay expired. After that is was all downhill...I never got any notifications, my card was expired, or my bill was late. They just keep hitting you with $20 late fees. The rental is $15/mo and they charge $20 for a late fee. 150% Ridiculous! Avoid this company. You can see from all the 1-star reviews, this organization should take a hard look at his values and leadership.
Ready Refresh started to overcharge my bank account my bank researched the transactions and agreed it was incorrect. Customer service is not in the U.S. They are very unprofessional and will not give me a corporate office phone number. Why would they charge a late fee? And take out extra money from my bank. My bank noticed fraud and had to cancel my debit card and issue a new one.
They keep putting off my water delivery one day at a time. It's impossible to speak to someone, and I ordered a water dispenser that I never received. I'm pretty positive they charged me for the first month financing it and I ended up buying a dispenser from Home Depot. Still awaiting my second water delivery. Plus they make canceling the membership such a hassle, I've wasted money and time!
I have not received anything since October of 2001. They said my bill was $200 and I paid them. Here it is March of 2022 and they're trying to tell me that I still owe them money. I've received nothing from them I've called them waited for hours on hold I've done everything humanly possible and the customer service person told me that they'll just send it to collections. So now I have to prove that I don't owe them money.
I'm not sure how they stay in business. As a business owner I would be mortified if I treated someone like I've been treated. Each time I do not rec. A delivery I can and all they say is they have an issue on the back side. I understand computer glitches but I don't understand why they don't fix it. And if it's happening to me, it must be happening to others. Talking to a supervisor doesn't help. Just empty words. How hard is it to deliver water?
His is the most rip off company, they don't send you bill then they will charge you late charges, we had constriction in our buildings the post office will not deliver mail in constriction site i went to post office there was no bills from them. This company didn't send us bill for 2 months after that we get $40.00 late charges don't don't trust trust this scammers... also the 24 packs of water they charge you $6.00 stay a way from this company the water they send you has been set in sun for long time this is horrible company the funny things is they don't send you bill when i called they said we give you $5.00 coupon for next 6 to 8 weeks so they can rip me off again
Have been using them for half a year, unit does not produce hot or cold water so it's always room temp. Old card got stolen and had to cancel it, they delivered water for 3 months before I noticed I wasn't paying, they added an extra 20 bucks a month (roughly 60% of the services cost) and when I called them they replied with "we called you once and sent you a text" last text was in September before my card went missing and they called me at 11 am in the middle of my work shift. Worst customer service Iv dealt with in a while. Canceling now.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
