I have been dealing with this dreadful fraudulent "company" since I made a purchase the end of July. In checking periodically my order is still processing via mid August. They charged my card the day I placed my order. Their website will not let me cancel the order as it is still apparently proccessing. I attempted to call numerous times and I never get an answer. The chat in never available on their website, so no one is there to correspond with. I e-mailed again them in mid August, heard nothing back. It states that you will receive a response 3 to 4 business days after you send your request. The contact info mentions that several e-mails will slow the process down... wtf? Yet it goes on about how easy it is to contact them through social media. The site also says something like they strive on their customer service... what a fu*king joke! I sent another e-mail about a week later and no response. I tried calling the hours they claim they are available, nobody is available. Imagine that lol. Apparently they don't have the certain style shoes that I was ordering (I wish that I would have read reviews on this scam. Their rating with the BBB is far from stellar.) Time to take this up with my financial institution. A word of recommendation... do not buy from these crooks!

I requested a refund - zero refund
I tried to contact them multiple times - zero reply
Then they removed my order tracking online - like it never happen
STILL NO GOODS AND NO REFUND - note its the 6th of June 2016
So basically they stole my money

I orderer a jacket in 200$ a month ago. I leave the states in two days and it is still not shipped. I wrote two mails - no replay. No phone number any way.

I WARN ANYONE WHO DOESN'T WANT TO LOOSE A LOT OF MONEY:
I ordered fluffies that were NOT customized in May 8th 2012. I still didn't receive them as of July 1st and they are only three hours away from me!
When I confronted them, they took DAYS to help me, and argued with me, then said WE WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND IN7-14 BUSINESS DAYS.
THREE WEEKS LATER & NO REFUND. When I emailed them, they never replied and so I got in contact w. Another man and he said he decided not to give me a refund.
BOTTOM LINE: They made me pay 50$ and sent me a $#*!ty 30$ pair. Making me wait almost 3 months. They don't care whose money it is, as long as it ends up in their pockets, what a waste of time
Everything came fast and they even updated me when there was a small delay because of a backorder. Love my outfits and leg wraps and everything fits perfect.

When I bought my OSMs (originally in the kickstarter) I had only ever bought from Emazing, I hadn't even heard of RaveReady. But now that I have used RaveReady I don't know if I want to go back. Huge shoutout to Raymond Stone, for always just being a single message away, and helping me out when I was sent one less light than I ordered. The customer service at this company is pretty outstanding I love it :)
I ordered a pair of pants on 9/19/15, and have received no follow up to any of my e-mails or Facebook messages.
Their website claims "your credit card will not be charged until your items are ready to be shipped" and I was charged on 9/21/15. Since then, my order has been listed as "Processing" so I can't even cancel it.
Nobody ever answers their phone. Their LiveChat function is never on. No responses to any e-mails or Facebook Messages I've sent.
I even tried not e-mailing them since mid December to see if it would help, since responses below seem to indicate that each e-mail you send will bump you to the end of the queue, despite their claim that "We pride ourselves on customer service. We have several super easy ways for you to contact us. We have email which can take 2-3 business days to get a response". (I waited weeks between e-mails back when I was trying)
I e-mailed them on 4/17/16 finally asking them to cancel and refund my order, and now my order does not show up on their website anymore, but I still have not received my money (or the product, or any sort of reply whatsoever).
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.
I got my shoes so it wasn't a big deal but I never got shipping confirmation until I emailed them. The entire time I was nervous about my order getting lost or canceled.
Placed an order on the 15th for something I need for this weekend the 24th, more then enough time to process and ship my item. They had no problem taking my funds out the next day on the 16th but are somehow still "processing my order". How did I have enough time to order from a different company two days ago and they have already processed, shipped, and it will be delivered TOMORROW! I cant even get ahold of the fake customer service line to cancel my order so I had to file a claim with my bank. The customer service line doesn't even let you hold for a rep, they just say they are all "busy" and to call back or email. I've been calling and emailing since the 16th, no response yet, company is a JOKE. IF YOU HAVE READ A POSITIVE REVIEW ABOUT THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE ITS A REAL PROFILE.
I returned a furry hood and furry wrist cuffs after realizing the quality sucks. I emailed them beforehand telling them detailed about why I was returning and how to go about it. They said "of course we will take it back! Just return it with a note saying you want a refund".
Great, so I did just that.
I emailed them saying I had done the return and waited. It's been about 5 months and I have checked every months credit card statement since December-April and NO RETURN has shown up. They refuse to answer my emails or facebook messages, and no one answers when you call their "contact number". This site has had so many complaints it's such a scam. I am taking them to court for withholding my money even after they got their stuff back.
UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. RaveReady decided to send me a gift certificate only useable in their store, for LESS than they owe! Even when they specifically told me IN WRITING that I would get the refund back into MY ACCOUNT. I replied that I do not accept and will be seeing them in court if I have to.
I'm relatively new to gloving and a complete beginner at programming so buying the OSMs was like jumping into the deep end with no preparation. I understood the potential that they have so I decided it was worth the risk of eternal confusion and struggle. But since I've received them I've been continually amazed at everything I can do. When the Kickstarter finally went through I received my tracking number and shortly after got my OSMs in the mail, yay! The OSMs are very user friendly and the community that supports them will help you in every way they can. If you post an issue on the osmModeSwap Facebook group you'll have ten responses in an hour. When I first got my OSMs I was having installation issues and someone from the community took the time to walk me through it. I haven't had any other hardware/programming issues since so I haven't used the official file-a-ticket thing yet. As more kinks are ironed out I'm excited to see where OSMs are going and I'm glad knowing there is a great customer support team waiting to help us. I recommend these lights to anyone who has the patience to watch videos and ask for help about programming, because just knowing the basics unlocks a lot of possibilities.

I purchased two all over print shirts that were custom made on June 10th The shirts had a 10 day "crafting" period but I got them in about a week Overall I am really happy with my purchase but I wish they would stock these shirts for faster shipment but I am fine with it because they advertised the wait time and I was prepared for it The hoodie tshirt I got really stands out as being unique, it's got a great fit and I am in love with the fabric. Nothing but love to the RaveReady team thanks
The OSMs I ordered through rave ready have been superb so far. Any questions I have had since ordering have been answered quickly by Raymond Stone with no hassle on my end.
Ordered diffusers well over a week ago paid for Express shipping and it still hasn't showed up and the email is no longer active
Made a order on DEC 18 2015. It's now Feb 3 2016. Still nothing. Do not order anything from Them. Grant waste of money!

I'm doing my best to try to take them down, it makes me sick how they're taking advantage of all of us and screwing us over. Go to your bank, legal advisor, lawyer, anything. Call them out on social media. Call your credit card and submit a fraud claim. We have to work together to be noticed!
