This is a SCAM. Took $1500 from me, no tickets provided. Said they will come later but they did not. This site should be shutdown. I told them I'll be refuting on my credit card and they said I'll never see the money for 8 weeks at best. They were rude, misleading over chat and I would NOT ever spend a $1 here.

I purchased tickets in the amount of $400 for a concert that should have taken place Mar 11- but it was cancelled. I've called them numerous times to find out when I'll be issued a refund first 5-10 days, then 2-4 weeks, & now 5 weeks later I guess they've given up bc they won't even give me a time frame anymore! Don't Use this crappy site! Stick with what you know!

We paid 190$ for 26$ seats! They have poor customer service. Scam and liars! Sold us seats that were advertised as being part of a club with great covered seats... we got there to find the seats had changed due to expansion which was completed bf I bought the falsely advertised tickets. And we were in the nose bleed section with direct sun amongst people that paid 26$ for their seat- I called this company and this moron woman with a major attitude could not shut up long enough to understand what I was trying to tell her. Total inept company all the way around!
Finding tickets was easy and i did need to change a contact number to which the customer service replied and assisted quickly; however, once purchased I would have like to have received the tix immediately via email or text

Poor because bought 2 tickets & said total was $261 after card was ran ended up bn $743. I then immediately tried to get a refund & was given the run around & told it coukd possibly not get refunded & take over a few weeks. This is unexceptable i will NEVER use this site to purchase tickets again

Very misleading website I saw some tickets that I was interested in in a specific area of box seating. Look like a great deal, so I purchased the seats after I purchased the seats. It turns out the box was not in the area located on the map, but behind the second level and behind the handicap seating, very misleading, and they would not refund my money. I will not be using this website again

I purchased post malone tickets in December of 2019 it was canceled due to covid 19. It has now been well over a year as it is May 2021 and I'm still waiting for my refund! I will never ever book tickets with them again! Terrible lack of communication on their end! Please stay away from using them
Stay away! This company seems great with their seat picture they offer you but it quickly turns into a nightmare once they have your money! My purchase turned bad within 24 hours! Very sneaky company complicated ticket transfer requiring a desktop computer special equipment then asking to violate Ticketmasters transfer terms too. Sneaks in some high service charges per ticket over $60! Wow! None of this is upfront! I can't do what their asking to get my tickets and now there's no support on their lines. Nobody answers! Still trying to get a refund. Don't use this company they are not reputable or upfront. Their one star rating says it all!

Purchased tickets for Kenny Chesney concert prior to covid only to have it postponed two years. Fine…concert finally happens, we attend with our rate your seats.com tickets to be escorted to guest services because the tickets are fake/scalped. BS on the 100% guarantee. I've been talking to customer service nearly every day since then and emails they claim will come, never do. They are giving the run around and I've given up hope that I'll ever see our money back. Reporting to BBB as well now. Avoid at all costs!

A fraudster with an active account under the name '-' is using the platforms Rateyourseats.com (merchant) and Ticketmaster.com (fulfilment) to try to get paid for tickets which are not in their possession. I never received my tickets and I didn't have any means of entry that the stadium staff would accept. The seller's ID is shown as '-' and has not provided any means of contact.
This incident violates not only their 100% Buyer Guarantee on Rateyourseats.com "tickets will be delivered on-time and they will be valid and authentic - or your money back" but also the consumer protection laws currently in effect.
More than a month and several long communications later, the merchant refuses to issue a refund, and even refuses to deal with the matter while the charges are disputed with my credit card company.

We purchased 4 tickets months in advance of a VT football game for $400. They didn't provide the correct address to UPS so we never got our tickets. They said they were reissuing them, but then 30 minutes before kick off we got a sorry your out of luck email and basically said their terms of agreement protected them against "lost" tickets. They weren't "lost"! It was 100% their fault for providing incomplete address information. Terrible customer service responses for the two days that I worked on trying to get them reissued!
Got tickets for Harry styles for 2021.
The total amount was not revealed to me until I ok the purchase. Be aware you can not cancel your tickets even 10 min after purchasing it. Even if you did it by a mistake. No supervisor to talk to. They add about $50 to the price to of a single ticket. Very unhappy. I feel like my customer rights of transparency were violated. This is BBB case

I have 700 wish of Miranda Lambert tickets for lake tahoe sept 2nd. It's rescheduled for a year later and I get nothing. They will not refund anything. I waited in hold for 2 hours and the man was ruder than I can explain. I would never buy from them again!

I booked tickets through this company, RateYourSeats.com for Doobie Brothers concert. It was rescheduled for over a year later and I will not be in the country at the time of the rescheduling. I asked for a refund as they advertise "100% Money-Back guarantee" on their website I was quite rudely denied and told "your best bet is to resell the tickets online". Run, Run Run from these people!
