I booked tickets through this company, RateYourSeats.com for Doobie Brothers concert. It was rescheduled for over a year later and I will not be in the country at the time of the rescheduling. I asked for a refund as they advertise "100% Money-Back guarantee" on their website I was quite rudely denied and told "your best bet is to resell the tickets online". Run, Run Run from these people!
They take you're money and don't deliver!
They don't tell you that you need a desktop to get their tickets. Then they tell you if you make a mistake, you can't retrieve the info anymore, it's gone. And so is your money. They should be sued to recover our money. Let's file a class action suit and see if we can force them to be more ethical. Am turning them into FTC for investigation. Who's interested?

My tickets were sent to my email two days before the concert. I would've liked it if I had them sooner, but they were easy to download to my Apple Wallet and scan for the show. I emailed them about a week after I bought the tickets and they were helpful in explaining that some tickets aren't available right away.
I would feel comfortable using them again now that I know how the delivery works.

We have 4 tickets for the Rod Stewart concert at DTE July 23rd this year. It has been rescheduled for next year and they will not refund our money. Its bad enough all the fees they charged us for the tickets was ridiculous I would never schedule a event like this a year in advance. So I can't believe they will not refund our money. I ordered Saturday Phillies tickets from RateYourSeats.com but received ticket email confirmation that I ordered for Friday's game. They won't work with you to remedy the situation. They recommended re-selling the tickets, but never provided me the tickets. They guarantee delivery or your money back

I purchased tickets from this business for an upcoming Rangers-Yankees game. I purchased outfield seats close to the field according to THEIR diagram. The diagram wasn't accurate as there is a bullpen in front of the seats. I called them to resell my tickets on their site and they refused. The person said there isn't anyone within the organization that I could speak with. STAY AWAY!

Booked tickets to Hamilton in Minneapolis. 4 months in advance. They kept sayign that tickets would be arriving before the events, but at last moment they said that tickets were not available. On top the customer service was not helpful at all. Still waitng to get money back. Considering takign them to court.

They never send me the E-ticket's

They take your money and won't give you a refund even if you purchase tickets months in advance which I did all they told me at Customer Service was you'll get your tickets by the day of the game well I got the tickets the day of the football game but I couldn't take that chance, so I ended up getting a second set from Ticketmaster just so I knew I had seats. This is the worst place I've ever dealt with in my life again they won't even give you a credit if you ask for it. You keep getting a cannned response if you put in a request for help.

Shocking. BE CAREFUL. Beware that the website app does not work and that they will inform you that you have not got the tickets ("bummer - not available and someone else purchased them"), BUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU. One of my worst experiences of online ticket sales and I hope that this will benefit others. Very, very painful. Repeated calls with customer services were not helpful and it is very scary.
Twice I ordered and TWICE you canceled my tickets. The second time without telling me. HOPELESS. I CANNOT recommend this service.

So it was a Wednesday morning and I see an amazing price on a Mariners ticket for later that afternoon. So I purchased the ticket and waited, and waited, and waited all for no response email with my ticket. I attempted to call this site and after 122 minutes waiting I hang up and email this joke of a company…. Still nothing! I email and call up until the first pitch at the game and then I give up ….
After 2 days they respond with a " we sent the ticket "
But nothing was sent …. So I open a case with PayPal and these punks dispute it on their end and after a month they keep MY money …
So because I paid on a MasterCard I disputed it at my bank level and now there's a FRAUD case now open!

Rate your seats tickets cost me 341.68 dollars with no parking pass... Ticketmaster tickets right next to same area were 140.17 dollars with a parking pass... BUY FROM TICKET MASTER... The way they present tickets on the website is very, very deceptive. I purchased tickets that show about 1/2 way up the section. I went back to look at them again within 3 minutes of buying them and they list them in row SRO seats 1-10. I had absolutely no idea what SRO meant and thought nothing of it. It then dawned on me that it may mean Standing Room Only - sure enough that is exactly what it meant. I have never heard of SRO for a sporting event and especially in the middle of the section. It ends up it is not in the middle of the section it is actually in the top row. I called and spoke with a rep from this company and spent 20 minutes talking to them. Even though this was completely deceptive advertising and I called them immediately they refused to reverse this transaction and/or exchange them for other tickets. Horrible and completely unethical. FYI - this was a purchase for a game 60 days from now - not like this was a last minute situation where the seller could be damaged.
REVISED: After writing 2-3 reviews on different sites they responded. I sent them the information I based my purchase on and they agreed it was not accurate and they changed it on their website. They also issued me a full refund. Thank you RateYourSeats for having integrity. I just wish I had not been treated so poorly by your phone agent when I called.

Do not use them! They deceptively advertise and sell tickets. I purchased 2 PRIVATE VIP box seats at a very high price of $500+/seat but the tickets are for a SHARED VIP box of 8 people. The tickets took 4 months to arrive and were delivered one week before the event -- likely so that I would not be able to do anything about it. When checking on the status via chat, they said not to worry about the delay in getting the tickets due to their 100% buyer guarantee and that the tickets would be accurate and arrive on time. They now are saying that they will not refund me even though the tickets are not accurate since they are NOT what I purchased. They even came back after I complained and said the seller said it was a box for 4... when the venue told me was not the case. I discovered after the fact that tickets through the venue for a 4 person box are only $175/person. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WILL POST REVIEWS EVERYWHERE.
Making the buyer wait until the day before the event to issue the tickets (purchased 20 days earlier) is utterly ridiculous. Won't use the site again.
