I purchased tickets in the amount of $400 for a concert that should have taken place Mar 11- but it was cancelled. I've called them numerous times to find out when I'll be issued a refund first 5-10 days, then 2-4 weeks, & now 5 weeks later I guess they've given up bc they won't even give me a time frame anymore! Don't Use this crappy site! Stick with what you know!
