With almost 11,000 lumens I'm gonna hard wire it as the main backup light on my 18 Wheeler. This light will be bright enough to shine underneath and out to the sides during nighttime backing. It's gonna be awesome!

Still waiting on my dash pad, fridge came quickly and so did the pedals.
Package with the fridge mounting was open and stuff was falling out, no directions and not sure how many pieces are supposed to be there.
A couple years ago I also purchased stainless steel chrome surround and bug deflector for this unit. Your phone support was excellent, the fitment was perfect and the price was unbeatable. This wheel kits price is great that's why I'm sticking with Raynes for my accessories.

It has been very good so far. The customer service people are very nice and took care of my issues very quickly. This was my first order but I would not hesitate to order another item from them. My only reservation would be the quality of the exhaust tips and it will take time to see how they hold up.

Ordered the part online was easy, talked to a service parts rep. Just to make sure the parts was the right fitment. Had an issue in needing the parts sooner than normal delivery. Called and checked on when my part was going to be shipped. Talked to Kate and she was able to ship my part out so I could have is overnight. The parts was going on a first line fire truck with no replacement until parts was received. Thanks to all that had helped in making this work.

When I ordered the product it showed as in stock. I didn't receive the product until 17 days after placing the order. I called customer service twice to check on status. Both times I was told the manufacturer doesn't drop ship and they didn't have any in stock so having to wait on order from manufacturer. They would receive the shipment within a couple of business days and then my order would be shipped. The second time that did happen. Also, the customer service representatives I spoke with each time were patient and pleasant.
Great Deal all in all... but we did want a longer size, we needed 86 inch length. The value is tremendous! Thanks a bunch we will make it work out in our truck. To get what we want we would have to custom order and this one is super nice for the money, you really can't compare it to any other mattress!
First time here we will have to wait and see if they ship it fast and is what I ordered
