I had to fight with FedEx to get my delivery. It sat at a local terminal for 4 days. Nothing against you guys but FedEx is a terrible delivery service! Hopefully in the future I can receive my package from UPS. Thanks

Good looking product but some items not to descriptive.so I hope return policy is friendly in case item don't work? Order to delivery process is slow. Not sure why it's takes longer then a week to receive product?
Very happy. Was a little confused with order coming in separately and thought there was a screw up. I called customer service and they explained the separate drop shipment from west coast. Simple as that. Got the remaining shipment a couple days later. Great people there keep up the good work.
Always a good experience. My biggest "complaint" is that I have now passed right by them on four trips through Florida...but have never had time to stop in when they are open. When I did have the time, they were already closed for the day! Just my luck!
Good prices and very reasonable shipping cost but got nailed with almost 100 bucks in duty and broker fees. Prob wont order from them again becaus they ship with ups. Ups told me the proper nafta form were not filled out by shipper.
Raney's did a great job; had a small issue with free shipping for Dynaflex exhaust that was charged to me but they quickly credited my account and resolved the problem. Will definately do business with them again!
Order came in three different deliverys that all had additional shipping charges totalling $90 so had to refuse last shipment and first two will be returned. I paid shipping on when I ordered this stuff. Sorry but will not use your store again.

I shopped around and decided to give Raney another try. Checking out with Paypal was a plus. We run 10 trucks, 4 different makes. All the dealerships are close by but dealing with there parts departments usually turns out to be a headach. I'm happy to find parts online on my time. Safe secure checkouts and prompt deliveries will insure continued us. Thanks for all the help.
My order came in two shipments and one did not arrive, after a couple emails Raneys took care of the claim process and sent replacements before UPS even had time to confirm with me the package never arrived. Will definitely do more business in the future.
I had to go from 6' to 5' because I need my exhaust quickly one clamp was missing bolts for it got exhaust on but everything seems to not be right spools seem too long and mount clamps are not flat on pipe and seem to space pipes out to far Love the sound on them
Everything was what I expected. Except for the top hats maybe I don't have them lined up right or put them on wrong but once I had them in I can not put 90% of my lug cover on due to the fact the stainless ring again the back wall bend when the nuts were tightened..
Gotta. But online said order hadn't shipped yet after more than a week so called to cancel. Customer service told me they had shipped several days ago and would be arriving the next day. Which happened. Update online shopping info would be nice.
No problems. Process takes less than 2 minutes. Very simple. The only problem I have is your delivery schedule. It takes way too long to receive my orders. Sometimes 2-3 weeks. This is unacceptable. If you guys improved this, then your company would be 100%. I understand on special order items it may take longer, but 3 weeks is crazy. Thx.
The LED work light came on time but is defective and doesn't produce any light when all wired up.
Found item online. Price was far below what I had ordered from a local international dealer who had ordered it twice for me and got the wrong part both times. Was very impressed with delivery speed. Would definitely order from Raneys again.
Was able to find most of what we wanted and the phone call for help gave us exactly the information we needed.
One item of the 4 we ordered came right away. The others were from the manufacturer and were slower in coming. I wish that the order status on the website had been more explicit. It initially said "partially shipped" but didn't indicate what was on its way. And when the parts from the manufacturer shipped, it seemed that a manual process may have been required to indicate that the remainder items were on the way, as the site had not updated.
One of the items from the manufacturer was poorly packed and arrived damaged. I called customer service and they were very helpful, asking me to send pictures of the damaged parts. They worked with the manufacturer and have indicated that a replacement part is on its way.
