Raney's Truck Parts

This seems to be my general attitude with online shopping in general with a few exceptions. These coupon codes make me simply not want to buy. How many times have I paid a higher price because I didn't know there was a coupon code available until I already purchased. If you are going to have a code then apply it automatically or don't offer it at all.

Great shopping experience so far. Every product we were looking for was here and a lot more. The shipping is a lot more than expected but it evens out with your prices being much cheaper than competitors.

One of my drivers was side swiped by another trailer taking out our passenger side mirrors. I looked locally in the Salt Lake area and the only prices I was quoted were ridiculous. I found this sight on google. It took me less than a minute to find both mirrors and the prices were great! I received my package over the weekend and was up running on Monday. Things could not have gone better.

Easy to order, I got a hold of the via email they sent me a coupon. Quick to receive email updates, shipped out and received at reasonable time. What i would like to see in the future is free shipping when spend over certain amount.

Raney's did an awesome job of getting my parts and sending them out on time. I will definitely order from them again.
UPS however was not so professional. They sent my order all over the USA and took 30 days to get my parts delivered.

So easy to shop here they have everything one could ever need for your ride. Shipping times are more than fair. Had the honour of talking with the staff, they are very knowledgeable and know there parts. Great place to shop.

Nothing better than a easy ordering and peace of mind getting what you want in a timely manner.

Site was very helpful as far as learning how to measure to buy exactly what I need. We will see how the items look as far as quality when I get them. Received them and they were put on my truck (with the retaining clips) and I lost both hub caps within the first 40 miles. The product itself was nice but in reality a waste of time and money. I verified that the ones I ordered were the exact ones needed for my application.

I didn't call their customer service, they called me apologised for the technical error they had over the weekend and were more than helpful correcting my purchases. This is how a good business turns out to be great! Will continue to use them and promote their customer service.

I have ordered items from Raney's several times as gifts for family members who are truckers. Have always been very satisfied with helpful service and prompt delivery. I am sure I will purchase from them again.

I am very pleased with the quality of the product as installed. I feel like I paid a premium price but I know that is subjective. One side had to be re-drilled to match the holes on my truck which would kind of make it not OEM. I also installed motorized mirrors wish this was not designed to do however like I said in the end I have achieved very good results.

Everything was good. I think it would help if during checkout you could give the availability or ships today or ships tomorrow. I need what I ordered in about 4 days. I can't tell when I'm going to get. Thanks

Very good service and everything showed up on time. They even called me before it was shipped because I had the items shipped to my office instead of my home. It makes me feel good that they were concerned about a fraudulent charge on my credit card. Very good security. I will be ordering from them again I'm sure.

I ordered spiked lug nut covers for our fire engine for an upcoming station inspection. They were exactly what was needed to add a touch of detail to our rig. They looked great, the crews loved them and they even got a few smiles from the Chiefs.

I bought a grill that my husband asked for as a birthday gift. I hope he likes it (he best love it...he picked it). I called and spoke with the most friendliest customer service rep ever. I wish this site was for teachers because I know I'd always be satisfied.
