I found an outdated check from ebates and contacted ebayes to see if they would issue me a new check. They were so nice. They didn't even make me feel like the irresponsible person that I have been. No problem a new check is being issued. Thank you ebates!
I've had several issues getting the credits to apply. I have to use a different browser, deactivate ABP and it's still hit or miss if the credits work. They won't help resolve the issue and they refuse to give me the credits that I've earned. Their customer service copies and pastes the same content and it doesn't ever address the issues. I'm considering going through the BBB.
If 0/5 was an option, they would get it! I plan on sharing this information with everyone I know that uses this site!
I had an issue and e-mailed CS at EBates. Within minutes, I had a reply, to which I replied, and they corrected the mistake immediately! Their e-mails were quick, professional and yet friendly. I "spoke with" Keisha. She was great.
I absolutely love Rakuten! They are the best company to work with. They respond quickly and efficiently to any communication and are always a pleasure to deal with. Have been with them since they were Ebates way back in the day and am so glad that I signed up with them years and years ago.
I'm a bit confused about this. I just signed up and don't understand how I can get ebates if I physically go out and shop in a store! How does the store get the info to ebates? Or is this all just for online shopping? Help, please!
I had a problem submitting my address for my rebate check. I emailed ebates with my problem, and not only were they efficient, but they were fast. It is rare when a customer service department has been that punctual. Ebates is a great company to deal with!
I have been using Ebates since 2001 when they became rakuten. My brother keep telling me about Rackuten but I was spelling it wrong. I can not be more thrilled. The only problem I have had is I ordered something and Rakuten wants the order number and all I have is a invoice number. I will not get credit for that but I have made over $1800. 00 since 2001 so I will have to not get my 40% off of what I bought. I still hope we can work this out.

I had forgotten to go through Ebates to make a purchase. It was my mistake, I was distracted and having some problems and just never clicked it. Since it was a big purchase, I was upset and figured I'd give it a shot and ask if I can add it anyway. Customer service responded to my question immediately and added the order to my Ebates account as a one time favor. They could not have been nicer or faster to respond. I was actually shocked they would add it because It was soley my mistake. They were friendly, fast and understanding. A great company doing a great thing! I will always use Ebates for my online purchases! I just have to make sure I click it first!
Every time I, have logged on and went through Rakuten, it has given me money within a couple of days. You don't have to do anything but go through Rakuten and they keep track of your money earned for the month and at end of month they send your money to you. For me it's PayPal.
I was concerned about whether I was to get my rebate from a purchase I made via Ebates. I contacted customer service and they got back to me very quickly and resolved the issue. Very professional and friendly - thank you!
I have seen the commercials and thought there is no way manufacturers would would pay you to go through this site. I was wrong and I really question how much advertising costs are translated into our consumer costs (that's another topic!)
In a nutshell, check here first before going directly to buy anything online. There are coupons and discounts, and of course cash back. A few % may seem small, but it adds up and they pay out quarterly to your PayPal account. For example, I had to get a new stove. I went to the local store to ask questions and check out the model. Then I went online through eBates to buy the model. I got 5% back from almost $1k purchase! I also did the Chrisfmas shopping based on the online stores that offered the most %cash back! Well worth my time and small effort!

Ebates is awesome, basically they are paying you for doing what most women love the most (read: SHOPPING). Who doesn't love that idea? I'm new to this site, tho, but so far only good experiences that I have with Ebates
This is the seriously the best app for shopping online. You just sign up and click through and get cash back on the things you normally buy online - including flights and hotels. I use both the website and the app and they are both really easy to use. Highly recommend to anyone who shops online!

I bought a shirt from them. Was given a tracking number and then all of a sudden was given a refund without even telling me why. I feel like if I hadn't used PayPal this site would have stolen my credit card information.
Ebates will not pay on large purchases and will give you the runaround. When I realized I never received my latest Ebate Check, I sent an email. It was answered promptly by Michelle, a customer service representative. Not only was the matter investigated and resolved immediately, it was done on a weekend! What a great company! I love Ebates.
