Ebates - not only have they saved me a bunch of money over the years that I've been a member, both with cash back and coupons, but their customer service is outstanding! I've never had a bad experience with them. Most recently, Keisha kicked butt in taken care of my many requests for cash back that the stores did not inform them of. I greatly appreciate Ebates, and recommend them to everyone I can!
Kudos to Ebates for great customer service! Emailed thinking I had not received a rebate check I was expecting. Received a reply within a few hours that my problem was being investigated. Within a day, received an update that the check had in fact been deposited into one of my accounts. Found out my husband had opened the mail and deposited it. Incredibly fast response to my query by Ebates.
Not sure why there are negative comments for Buy.com. I have been long time customer and have always been very satisfied.
Latest experience - Placed order for Samsung UN60D8000@ $2599 (cheapest price on the day anywhere) on Thursday evening. Immediate email notification on confirming the order. Friday credit card charged and shipment made. Prompt notification. Saturday TV at the local sort facility. Scheduled delivery for TV. Delivery happened on time I requested, in the house, in first floor at the place I wanted by a very courteous delivery man.
Though I paid for normal shipment, overall experience seemed to be expedited.

They sent me the wrong chair, Have not replied to any messages I have sent them as well. I have tried posting a few 5 times already every two weeks and nothing ever gets posted. I bought one of these chairs before loved it and thats why I bought another one. They sent me something different and I hate it. I will not buy from them again period.
There are lots of people who don't trust such com[panies which offer cash back for your purchases, and truthfully, I also was the same kind of person, who don't trust such companies. However, recently my friend told me that he managed to save good sums of money monthly due to such services. I have decided to explore the information about this in the internet and accidentally met this company. I started to think that it would be a great experience, I didn't lose anything as well as I have an opportunity to get part of money back. Basically, I now work with this service and it's a great experience.

Any time I have an issue with the store not reporting to ebates, the customer service team takes care of it no problem. I used a site discount code which I didn't know voided out my ebate but the customer service rep Kathleen manually added it and just let me know in the future to watch out for that. This is the best website I have ever found.

Had a Cash Back transaction that did not register with Ebates and so made and enquiry with customer service who then proceeded to look into my case. Sure enough they were able so solve the issue and get me my Cash Back amount in my account.

I don't understand why ebates remove my referral bonus when i ask my family members to sign up. They sent me a email back saying i self referral myself under my name when i have one account. I am very disappointed and im taking my business else where
I joined Rakuten recently. During my sign-on process a duplicated account was mistakenly created. As a result I was denied my Welcome Bonus. Rakuten's Member Services did not ignore my request for a review. It spent the time and effort to research and verify my statement. My issue was resolved and I received my Welcome Bonus. This shows me Rakuten truly values its members.
For my last two purchase through Ebates, I was suppose to receive two cheques which I never did! Finally I found out cheques were sent but the reason I never got them was that I forgot to update my address after I moved. So today when I brought this issue up to Stephanie's attention, it was taking care of right away! Cheques were resent:-) I was amazed how hassle free, fast, professionally this matter was handled. Ebates is the best thing since the internet. Just click, shop, and save. No gimmicks, no ads, no spam, nothing but great customer service and savings. When I contact customer service for anything, they respond in a quick and professional manner, even when I made a mistake. Seriously, everyone should be using Ebates.
Buy.com is the worst. They are trained at giving the runaround, and keep repeating the same statement over and over to you when you call with a problem. They will take your money for fast shipping and send it at the cheaper, slower rate and pocket the difference.

Every time you shop you should use Ebates. The cash back is wonderful. The company is awesome. They automatically send the checks four times a year and they do it on time all the time. Customer service is wonderful. They answer your Inquiries almost immediately and they have solved every issue for me right away. I never shop online without going thru Ebates first. I do most of my shopping online & it is mostly because of ebates. Between the cash back that you get and the coupon codes they give you that save you even more money, It can't be beat
I've been a happy Ebates member for over 10 years. I always click though Ebates when making purchases online and have an earned a significant amount of cashback. On the very few rare instances I've had to contact customer service, they have been extremely quick, professional, and helpful. I really like Ebates and am thrilled with the cash back and great customer service I've always received. 5 stars all around!
L. O. V. E. this site. Free money that's all I can say. Everytime I'm going to purchase something online... I go to ebates and login and search to see if the vendor I'm about to purchase on is listed on ebates. If they are, you click on the link and that's it. Whatever I purchased I get a percentage into my ebates account. It's great. Go to ebates.com to read more on how it works. But, I've been a member for three years now. In three years I've earned $137.00. And, this is from purchasing from sites I was going to purchase on anyway.
I was missing some of my ebates from purchases no longer recorded in the system. Customer Care acted quickly to remedy the situation and provided stellar customer service. I've always found Customer Care associates to be quick and easy to deal with. Thank you Ebates!
When I have a question or need something resolved quickly, I am able to do so through email. As long as I'm able to provide Ebates with information on my order, they can pretty much solve any issue or answer any question. I'm very impressed!
