Buy.com is the worst. They are trained at giving the runaround, and keep repeating the same statement over and over to you when you call with a problem. They will take your money for fast shipping and send it at the cheaper, slower rate and pocket the difference.

Unethical company, horrible customer service.

I was amazed that the company would give me personalized advice about my relatively small order. A representative called me and consulted about a design for a bumper sticker. Everything about the order worked just like they said it would AND their prices were very reasonable. I wish I had a bigger bumper that could fit more of their stickers!
