Five calls later and I still cant use my gift card. If you would like to spend hours on the phone with the WORST customer service than this is the company for you. Otherwise go elsewhere.

I have been using Raise.com for more than 1 year. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone. The cards just don't work. Save your self the embarrassment at the store or restaurant. Please beware.

Ordered my first Gift Card, after finding a $19.00 discount on this site Raise.com.
Seller marked items as shipped same day as sale... 28 Aug 2015. Today 19 Sept, and no card. Tracking on purchase shows..."No tracking info available at this time." - I called into raise.com support on Friday 18 Sept, was Caller 26, after 20 minutes I got to "next in line" - then the raise call system put me back to Caller 26 again... very odd.
= NO CARD / NO SUPPORT & NOW I PUTTING A VISA DISPUTE ON THIS $81.00 PURCHASE. RAISE.COM WAS LESS THAN SATISFACTORY FOR ME.

BureauI purchased a gc for Ross for my husband as a Christmas gift. The gc was for $200 and I purchased it for $164.00. He used the card one time for a total of $48.70 and then account was "closed" due to fraudulent activity. When I called to find out what fraudulent activity I was told that the company I purchased it from did not pay them for the purchase so Ross would no longer honor the gc. When I called the company (raise.com) they would NOT honor my purchase therefore I will just be out the $116 unspent balance on the card. I was given the run around as if they were going to try and help me, placing me on hold numerous times but all to no avail. They would do NOTHING to honor my purchase. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'm reporting them matter to the better business bureau and will take it as far as I can to make sure everyone knows how bad this company is, so consider yourself warned, its a SCAM!

I was buying $10,000 in Lowes gift cards and Natasha walked me thru the process, etc. Love RAISE! I always look on the RAISE APP when shopping, as most stores have digital cards that are delivered to your wallet in a matter of minutes!

I bought a gift card from Raise, which cost just over $210, but the card had already been used! I then contacted customer service, and they wouldn't refund my money. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They have lousy customer service and wouldn't even tell me when and where the card was used. Stay away!

Stay far away from Google gift cards! I didn't want to give them one star but had no choice. I purchased a gift card 5 months ago for 175.00 from a Walmart in Avondale TX. Where I live. So of course when I went to check the balance it gave me a need more info prompt. After the brutal process of dealing with customer service. They had to refer my case to some "specialists". Two weeks later... still no progress actually things have gotten more strange. Now when I tried to redeem it the prompt was " it could only be redeemed in my home country with that currency". I thought this was some sort of joke but it wasn't. Evidently Avondale Tx. Is not part of the U.S. and we use some foreign currency because they claimed the case closed So! These geniuses slowed the mystery and thats all they can do for me. So again I contact them again and again and again. This has been 5 months with no resolution... they've got my money and now Google is not responding!... at all to any of my emails. As far as I see it they have stolen from me. And from what I can see from the hundreds of questions and complaints I'm not alone in this. So before you spend your money with this evil called "google" do your own research into this ever growing problem! The worst part about this is they don't care about us! At ALL!

RAISE BUYER BEWARE
August 15, 2016

In the past year I have been embarrassed trying to use a gift card purchased from RAISE not once but FIVE times. Each time I had checked the balance on the card when it arrived. Two of the cards were new & denied & the others I had used once or twice no problem & then 0 balance when there should have been one. What is going on here? Being with friends or family, paying with a gift card & being told you have 0 balance is no fun. I'm just glad I had extra cash with me! Each time resulted in a very long wait on the phone trying to reach RAISE customer service and then the hassle begins... you may get your balance back, you may end up with a credit towards future purchases. Future purchases from a company THAT HAS NO REAL QUALITY CONTROL. I EXPECT TO GET WHAT I PAY FOR! Happened again today, now SIX times...$50 gift card received with $0 balance! RAISE offers nothing for my time or inconvenience!

Got a $100 gift card for AMC. It worked the first time for a $10 charge. I went again and the next time they said I had 0 balance. I called Raise to see what they could do, they refunded me my money back but took the $10 charge because I used it. It was really INCONVENIENCE and I wouldn't recommend people to use this site. If will take more of your time and luck if you want this to work out.

Btw, the Support team on Raise sucks. They don't really inform you anything until you ask, and they aren't eager to help you because they said that they don't own the cards that they sell.
