The customer service rep did a great job taking care of me. She refunded my order since I never received the card and gave me $5 of my next order. This shows me the company values my business and doesn't want to lose me to a competitor. This gesture made me feel great and IT'S JUST SMART BUSINESS! I love Raise and this experience will probably just make me tell people even more about the website. Great service.
Just to save few dollars, I bought a cvs gift card from this site, finally when I tried using it, it showed ZERO balance.
Wasted half a day to call Raise customer service, they refused to help saying Guarantee period has expired.
It's a SCAM, I highly suggest to stay away.
I bought many card at raise.com, that means I saved a lot of money! But recently I found a egift card I bought long ago was used about one month after i bought it. It is out of the 100 days guarantee. But I tried to contact the service to see if it is possibe to contact the card cellar who must forget to delete the sold card information and used it again. Raise service people refund my money! I remind all the customers here to notice your cad information and use the card safely and happily! Thanks the great service of raise.com again!
Iv saved over 1300 dollars in the last 8 months of using raise honestly anything I buy that they sell a gift card for I buy the gift card through raise and pay for it through a gift card that I purchase through raise.
Bad, bad, bad. My order was taking forever to be processed so I called to have it cancelled. They said it was cancelled, but then I got an email the next day saying it was processed. I called back in and they said they couldn't refund me because it had already been processed. Uhhhh, what? Then they told me that I have to resell them on their site if I want my money back. Yeah right!
Bought several, 50% of them had problems. My guess is that people sell the cards to Raise but keep the gift card # and PIN for later usage. Once Raise buys the card and the seller receives the $$, they then use the stashed GC # and PIN to use the funds on the card they just sold. Buyer beware. When they work, its great. When they don't, its time and stress to get $$ back. Stay on top of balances and USE THEM QUICK!
I have ordered two gift cards for one of the restaurent. Card was delivered to my wallet but cards didn't work in restaurent. I couldn't redeem that cards even if i spent 77 dollars on it. When i asked for refund they say card is valod but there is error by restaurent. I lost my 77 dollars. I would never buy cards from them.
I ordered 2 gift cards with separate credit cards and one worked great! The other one told me I needed to call and verify my order or it would be canceled... I called the company and they told me I needed to give the phone to the card holder... So I did and they hung up on us! We called them back and they said your order has been canceled, we cant sell to under 18 years of age! NOR ME NOR the card holder where under 18 years of age! UGGG!
I bought a gift card from them, but apparently, the gift card had already been redeemed. I promptly contacted their customer service. They initially gave me a refund but were later canceled. They told me the card had been used. I knew the card was used, that was why I contracted them for a refund because I wasn't the one who used it. They have a 100-day refund guarantee but don't stand behind it.
The check I was sent for the gift card I sold them bounced! So not only am I out the money for the gift card, but I was charged a $19 returned check fee. If this is not made right quickly, I will be contacting the BBB.
Called with a problem I had with a card I purchased a year ago. Cassie was soooo pleasant and helpful. She provided me with several options and I left the call feeling very satisfied and THAT is something I never expected.
It's really helpful as there are many stores and we won't know how to use gift card on that specific store. Raise just not helps in getting things cheaper but also helps in using them.
I had, by mistake, selected the wrong withdrawal option and needed it undone. With one email it was all resolved in a few minutes. Fantastic customer service.
Refunded the cost of a purchased card when it was used fraudulently by an unknown person. Professional and quick response given. Very respectful attitude given. Thank you!
They flat out stole $250 in giftcards from me, cancelled my payment and won't respond to my emails. Check trustpilot, Raise.com is nothing but a scam.
Sheldon was more than patient and understanding considering my paperwork was not in tip-top shape. Thank you so much, Raise, for hiring really great customer service individuals.
I have never had an issues, customer service hands down is awesome! It is nice having a trustworthy place to buy discounted gift cards for gifts and my everyday uses.
At first I met some problems on listing my unused gift cards.
After contacting raise.com, Jenny helped me out very fast.
I think their service deserves five stars.

Walter is only the latest (of 3) customer service people who have given me a full refund when I had trouble with a gift card.
Walter was very efficient and fair.
Thank you
Great selection. Best customer service - if ever I have an issue, they address it right away. Because of this, Raise is my first stop when I want to purchase a gift card.
Answer: I had a problem with the lowes gift cards i purchased from Raise as they did not work at lowes. It took upwards of 10 calls and over 3 months before I received my over $700 back. I will never buy anything on Raise again
Answer: People should unite and file a class action lawsuit against these guys, any attorneys reading this?
Answer: You check the balance on the business' website. For instance, if you have a McDonald's gift card, go to McDonald's website to check the card balance.
Answer: The usual issue is that someone will buy a gift card with a stolen credit card and then sell it to Raise (or others) for cash. Usually within 100 days the gift card issuer will find out when they have been charged back for the stolen card purchase, at which point they invalidate the card and zero the balance. Raise.com will refund you the unused balance on the card prior to it being zeroed out, but only within 60 days of your order. Their short protection policy limits their exposure if a high value card is invalidated and you come looking for a refund three months after you bought it. Every gift card reseller has a different policy for refunds. Some are as short as a few weeks, others last 100 days or more. Raise.com's 60 day policy is shorter than many of their competitors, which is why I don't use them much anymore. The lessons I have learned is only order cards you will use entirely within the next month, never gift them to others, and keep a spreadsheet if you order a lot of cards so you can keep track of balances. In all, I've had about 3% of the 200 cards I've ordered suddenly zeroed out. The majority were for improbably large amounts, which is why I now try and order lower value cards. One site suddenly listed 10 $100 gift cards for Jimmy Johns, a sub shop. One has to wonder who would order gift cards like this in the first place, only to put up for resale. It turned out the original buyer used a stolen credit card to buy them all and turned the proceeds into cash. The cards were all zeroed out. I have learned to be suspicious when a large number of high $ value cards in the same amount suddenly go up for sale. So while it may make sense to buy a $100 gift card for Sears, it usually isn't to buy a $100 gift card for Dunkin Donuts.

We're so sorry for any troubles this has caused you Rakesh. In January of 2015, at the time this card was originally purchased, we had a 100 Day Money-Back Guarantee to protect your purchase price. This was extended to 1 Year this past January as we want to be able to ensure that our members were purchasing with confidence. Unfortunately, due to the amount of time that has passed since this order was placed, we are unable to provide a refund for this card. We've added an additional $10 in Raise Rewards onto your account as an extension of our apology. Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any further questions or concerns about this experience.
