Ordered a Camila Cabello shirt and had an issue twice but both times Edwin Hernando gave me nothing less than excellent customer service. Yep after countless request to speak to anyone at rage on they refuse to speak to me directly, or provide me with info on where to ship my blurry hoodie. Thanks rage on you made my wife cry because she trusted you with helping her find the perfect Christmas gift and you sent a burry hoodie and then did the dissappearing act, great business ethics.
Wife ordered something beginning of December didn't arrive till after Christmas, the quality is horrible and we can't get ahold of rage on now. I believe all positive reviews are fake and paid for use extreme caution before using rage on. Now that I've posted this review this is rage ons last chance to make this right, I will update this review if this issue ever gets adressed
Had to wait 3 months just to get my SECOND order canceled. The last time I did get my order the shirts were pixilated and looked terrible. I love the designs and would Really like the xo pang to get their act together. I would just be careful before ordering. If you think you'll get your tank tip in August, it's more than likely going to be November. So buyer beware
I ordered some items for my 12yr old daughter for Christmas, one of the three items wasn't quite what I expected but through no fault of their own and when I contacted customer service, they responded almost immediately and were more than helpful throughout our entire communication and resolved my issue with a friendly and efficient manner, I wasn't expecting such great customer service if i'm honest as I had never ordered from Rageon before but again, I couldn't be happier with the service and the team that dealt with me. The other 2 items were perfect if not better than expected! I am a very very happy customer!
RageI was looking to have swim shorts made with a favourite photo on - some other options were prohibitably expensive. Rgae On was great - service and delivery was really quick and the quality is great too.
I'll admit, I was a little annoyed it took some time for my cat mask to arrive, but I also understand: It's the holidays, they have a sh*t load of awesome products, and this stuff takes time to make (try reading some disclaimers). I still managed to be reached out to by Ryan M and he made any doubt I had OBSOLETE! So please, buy buy buy, and just be patient.

I ordered a tshirt on June 9th for my husband. July 9th the order had still not shipped and when I inquired I received a generic email of excuses. The shirt arrived today August 3rd and words don't describe the shirt. The print is blurry, the size is much smaller than expected. Here's the kicker... the shirt was suppose to be green. They dyed the front green and left the back white. What the heck? The stitching is loose and there are white creases on the front where the dye didn't get to. Just brutal! If the masks are this quality we are all in big trouble.

BEWARE! Paid $70 for shirt plus expedited shipping, got a tracking # 3 weeks later but package has not moved in 2 weeks. Customer service is always voice mail and they never return calls.
I ordered two Christmas sweaters on December 4th and on December 17th I still hadn't received an order update so I contacted customer service. I told them I needed the sweaters for a party on December 20th and if I couldn't get my sweaters from them by then then I needed to cancel and get a refund. I was offered premium shipping that would still take 10 business days to receive my order(which would be after the party for which I needed my sweaters) or I could get a gift card to their website. I wanted a full refund with my money back not a giftcard to there $#*!ty store. Worst customer service ever! Do not ever buy from them!

If you want your product soon, or at all, I recommend not using the service.

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
