I had some troubles with my first order not all arriving since they came in separate shipments from china. However the quality of the products made me come back for more! I am reviewing on my second order where I received the most impeccable customer service from Shana. I had placed a large order for Black Friday and couldnt find where to put the discount code- before I knew it I was cashed out and given my confirmation code. I was stunned, having missed my 45% off code I paid an extra $276. I immediately wrote the company an email requesting that they refund my order the percentage advertised. I got lost in the shuffle but was persistent and tried 3-4 times to email and call the company. Finally a saving grace named Shana came to my rescue. She addressed my concern emailed me that she would fix it and refunded my funds through PayPal. And just like that all my concerns were gone! Now if only I knew if I was going to receive the whole order by Christmas?!?

I have zero complaints about RageOn. My order was shipped in a timely manner and my product was exactly as advertised.

I was also a big fan of the sticker that came with my shipment!

They also have a very wide selection of products at reasonable prices.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome service!

I placed an order and was concerned nothing had happened after 12 working days. I contacted Edwin who followed up and knowing I had a deadline, upgraded my shipping to premium. After contacting Edwin through emails the whole process only took 16 working days incl international shipping! He was awesome following up for me.

A 90s Child's Dream

I absolutely love the stuff at RageOn! Lisa Frank, Hey Arnold, and other 90s fan favorites, this place has it all! So much amazing stuff to choose from at a decent price. I also like that they have a "ready to ship" section for all my last minute shopping! RageOn is AWESOME! Great customer service!

I ordered a shirt that was advertised as a full print (sleeves and all), but that was not what I received nor did it fit me will. I was not upset just frustrated. I decided to return the shirt. Here is where the real problem is. Their policy states that you MUST return it in the same packaging, plastic and all. You CANNOT wear it, not once. This sets up an impossible situation because how will somebody know if it fits or not without trying it on? On top of that, you must pay THEM a 15% restocking fee ONLY through PayPal, no credit/debit card whatsoever. It is a painfully obvious money-grab. Crappy company, DO NOT buy through them.

I was introduced to this app about four month ago and have already become a ten-time repeat customer. Not only is the app interface extremely easy to use to design custom clothing, but the product you design with the app is that you receive in the mail. The T-shirt quality is top tier and does not fade or shrink. The prices are also extremely reasonable. And with the discount codes even better

Buyer beware

They replied directly to me here (thanks SiteJabber) and refunded me my money. I wish I didn't have to write reviews like my original below to spur action but I'm glad they at least made it right.

Original review:

Like several other people have stated here, the photos on the website do not even come close to reflecting the poor quality product that you will receive. Mine was so blurry that you couldn't even tell what it was. RageOn even admitted that it was poorly done by the "artist" and then refused to refund me my money, sticking me with an unwearable $80 sweatshirt. The shipping time is also crazy. It took three weeks for delivery, and I was obviously disappointed in the product upon opening it. RageOn! Is a scam, showing great images of products and then sending you the complete opposite while refusing to refund you your money. Stay, stay away.

Dont do it

I bought a t-shirt from them. Not only did the shirt take several weeks to come, but there was no update on the site and customer service had no info either. When I finally received the t-shirt, the quality was appalling - the image resolution was so low the pixels were the size of peas. I reached out to customer service and never got a response. STAY AWAY

Worst online company ever.

I ordered 3 over priced items. 1 fit ok and was passable and the the other 2 looked NOTHING like the images. The material was a different feel. The stitching was bright and obvious making the tee look horrible. Images didn't show stitching color.
Sizing was all over the place. Medium was a XL, the other medium was a S.

Tried to return and they said they would give me credit which they never did.

Materials are cheap and gross and shiny and rough and prints look cheap and fuzzy.

Just... total trash. DO NOT USE THIS.

I know, the images look cool BUT you won't get what you see and it WILL be the wrong size.

The clothes are good quality, look exactly like the pictures, and we got so many compliments on how great they looked! Definitely worth the price. Plus, I didnt realize how soon I needed the products and requested to expedite shipping. Customer service responded within 12 hours and the following day my package was ordered to be shipped. I was able to receive shipping without paying extra and received it on time for the event.

Not bad

Update 2: it's been 2 months and I never received the replacement leggings. Also, they won't email me back anymore. I did get different Lisa Frank leggings for my birthday from here about a month ago and they are much nicer.

Update: I contacted them about the misprint and how see through they are. They responded within 10 minutes and said they will send me new ones for free and I don't have to send the other ones back.

The two shirts I ordered arrived within a week and they look great. I also ordered Lisa Frank leggings, which took an extra week for shipping, and they are see through but that was to be expected since all leggings are see through. My only problem is they didn't line up the pattern on both sides so my kitten has two mouths right next to each other and it looks really funny. I have to cover that area up anyways since they are so see through. I have not contacted them so I don't know about their customer service

My last experience with RageOn was perfect. I purchased an animal ski mask for snowboarding and it arrived only a few short days after purchase. Upon arrival, the product was exactly as pictured and the material is great. Now after using it and washing it several times, it remains the same condition as when I first bought it. Very happy customer here. Thanks guys!

Terrible customer service

Ordered a hat, they sent me the wrong one. It took a month to get the wrong item that I need for an event in a week. When I explained this to customer service she said they can send me a new one only after I take a picture of the incorrect item, and wait for them to receive it. Needless to say it will not make my event with this ridiculous return process. I'm surprised to see the reviews that the customer service wanted to make it right for other people's orders. That was definitely not my experience. The quality was also terrible anyhow. I'm glad I discovered this business sells garbage on a lower priced item. There must have been a dozen other things I wanted to buy after this. Oh well.

Customer service was excellent.So many times nowadays Companies do nothing on their end if there is problem. Rage On was so very refreshing in the way it was handled and the options I was given. I ordered a pair of sweatpants from here and they took FOREVER to finally get to me... 80 days. Which is pretty ridiculous. However, I have to say the pants made it worth the wait. They are absolutely beautiful, better than expected and comfortable!
So as long as you're in no rush to get an item, this website is pretty cool!

Great Customer Service

I had placed an order for a t shirt that seemed to be taking too long to arrive. I contacted customer service and immediately the representative acknowledged my issue. Within 3 days my shirt has arrived and it is awesome! And just in time for a costume party! Thanks RageOn for great service, other companies aren't this good. Keep it up!

I ordered a pair of boxers for my boyfriend for Christmas, but they ended up being a size too small. Even though I was outside of the grace period for returns/exchanges, my RageOn! Support rep, Edwin, was kind enough to issue me a $20 credit to use toward my next purchase.

Very quick, friendly servicewill shop here again!

They came through!

Some of the return policies are surprisingly stringent, but they also want their customers to be happy. The individuals that I worked with on a return problem were smart and paid attention to the details. They listened and we came to a very good resolution in a short period of time.

Kris was helpful and lovely, and she not only offered premium/tracking for the reorder but a discount code as well. Problem solved! I appreciate the kindness and efficiency.

I recently ordered a hoodie for my son. It arrived in just over a week, but unfortunately still to small even though I ordered 1 size bigger than he normally wears. The customer service was great. They were very fast to respond to my email and gave me a gift card to reorder the hoodie while keeping the original. Makes the extra taxes and shipping cost very worth it, the hoodie is really high quality.
