Until Edwin Hernando responded. Edwin was very cordial in all of his responses. He was fast, supportive, and undertstood your predicament. He made an apology for what had happened to my order. There have been so many times when I've ordered something from a Facebook or Instagram advertisement and it took forever to come in the mail or I had to hound customer service for the order to be corrected but with rage on I got the correct order in a timely fashion and the shirt is great. Definitely a shirt I get a lot of compliments in. The designs are hilarious and unique.

I ordered 2 shirts that were supposed to be all over print of Jesus walking on water. I don't know what is this crap that you guys sent me but it surely wasn't what you advertised! I just want a refund and a return address to send these crappy, 1 sided shirts back to! The picture I chose was very bright and vibrant and gorgeous! Not this pixelated 8 bit 1 sided crap! I am overly disgusted with this purchase! Fix it or refund my $$

My wife ordered 187$ worth of xmas gifts for me & another order for 87$ was refunded because they couldn't fill that part. The other items were promised weeks ago and the tracking system says small package on its way weeks ago. She ordered back in Nov 2016 and still nothing after numerous emails and phone calls nothing. They apologized and supposedly sent some free leggings which was a month ago and we still haven't seen. So as of now we are out 187$ and some free leggings. So disappointing...
Absolutely agree! We order our Nov 24th, and finally received some info this past week. I finally see that the item is shipped & freaking coming from Warsaw, Poland. Why oh why is a company that advertises it is in the U. S, but uses a company from overseas to make the product. Trying to contact someone or get any sort of response is a joke. We to have felt like we are being taken by a scam. It has been over 4 weeks, I am hopeful that I will have our items by the 6th week. If not we will dispute it w/ the credit card company.
I placed an order for a shirt on December 7th and it STILL has not been "fulfilled". All the reviews say this place takes a long time to ship. What a waste of Money. I'm currently filing a report to get it back from my account. I'll just make the T shirt myself on a different website.
RageOn is an amazing business where various artists can sell their work. Theyou offer various designs for whatever you could think of with just as many options with their merchandise. There support staff is the best and most responsive support team I have ever seen! I can't recommend RageOn enough!
I have so much stuff from RageOn and love it! All of the stuff on their site is made to order and the quality is amazing. I always get compliments when I wear my Surprised Cats T shirt. The customer service department is really helpful and nice. They also have an app and have some fun features on there for making money. I like the fact that I can upload my own one of a kind designs and they will make them for me. Hands down this is the best site out there and I will remain a satisfied customer!
I wrote a review about Rageon expressing my dissatisfaction with my experience. By the next morning I had a response to my review from Rageon with offers to accept my return, waive the 15% restocking fee, pay for the return shipping costs, provide me with a full refund of the item I am returning and an offer of one of their ready to ship items. I was very happy and surprised to get such an immediate and satisfying response. I was told they are a new company just starting up and are still ironing out kinks.
I ordered a "blanket" that cost me over $70. It took over a month for them to send it to me and during that time I could not get anyone to answer my emails - OH, an GOD forbid you get a phone number for them that works!
The item finally came and it was a thin piece of felt with print on it. I am now trying to get them let me know how to return it. If I don't hear from them soon I will start litigation proceedings against them!

What a waste of money. I ordered two, waited over a month to receive them, and they are totally useless. They are made out of cheap material, you have to wear them around your head instead of your ears so they don't fit any of us, and they don't fit anything like the pictures. Stay away from this company. Total FRAUD.
