I was a little unhappy with how one of my shirts turned out, but since I loved all the others I ordered I was just going to forget about that. Customer service contacted me immediately telling me they'd like to fix the problem. I've been happy with my purchases but thrilled with the amazing customer service. Awesome job rage on!
DO NOT click purchase! This is the most hideous, pixelated, cheap shirt I have ever seen. No point in trying to return it they charge you 15% on returns or only give you a store credit. I wouldn't order toilet paper from this company! Not to mention I place my order on 5/10/20 and just got it today 6/18/20, they actually sent me a survey on my a order a week earlier, where I told them I can't review what I never got. I'm sure that why they sent me the shirts. These shirts are trash I HATE them, $60 in the trash literally since that is where this garbage shirts are going.
This site is very clean and smooth and has an amazing selection of pop culture clothing
And the customer service is A1. I needed to change my address after I order and they responded to my email immediately and changed it for me. Great service all-around and I will definitely shop here again.
Edwin Hernando is who helped me out with an issue with my order. There was a problem discovered with one of the shirts I ordered, and he promptly explained, and corrected it for me. He gave me a gift card for more than I paid for the shirt. Great customer service. 5 star!
The styles they have on the site are so unique and you can only find them on RageOn! I have never seen some of these out-of-this-world designs that just scream to your audience! Like one of the smartest philosophers have said... Hands down "Dopest Dope I've Ever Smoked" - Pineapple Express
First I want to say Thank You to c/s rep Michael Loyal. Without his patience and support this order experience would have been a disaster. Would have given 5 stars but due to poor responses (from 2 other c/s reps) I would not want to order from them again. So fortunately I came across Michael and he made things right! So yes I will be ordering again for I love their products.
Unfortunately for this order there was a printing issue (which I was not made aware of until I got a hold of Michael). And this was why my order took little over a month to receive.
Ordered two all over printed shirts... they didn't press it right, so they printed on the folds. I contacted Shana, and she was more than happy to help, and even rush an order so it'll make it here before Xmas. I appreciate the excellent customer service. And if my order comes in with the expectations I have, I'll be looking forward to ordering more :).
I ordered a black ASAP Rocky t-shirt a couple months ago for my son and it looked like a cheap knockoff when I received it. I was going to send it back and ask for a refund, but my son ended up wearing it anyway even though he was highly disappointed... you can't even tell what the picture on the shirt is supposed to be. Will never order from this site again.
We orders some swim trunks and were sent the wrong ones. Rageon promptly replied to my email and did some research and gave us a gift card credit to reorder. They were very helpful and we will continue to get great quality clothes from them.

The shirt came in about 5 days which was quite impressive. However the quality is far from what they advertise on there website. It has 2 random white streaks, and is zoomed in from the original design. The most disappointing thing about this shirt is the back is still white unless you order double sided(which is not advertised on there website from what I could find). I didn't want any design on the back just a normal black back but instead its bright white and doesn't go with the shirt at all. If you wanted a half decent shirt from them you would have to pay $60 which is absolutely absurd. Considering if a mistake is made it can be incredibly hard to get a refund. I wouldn't recommend getting a shirt from here sadly.
I received very prompt customer service which helped me with underwear sizing so I could buy a pair quickly. I wanted them for my boyfriends birthday whuch is not too far away so it was important that I buy them asap and was able to make a number of communications quickly on messenger. They have a great range of products which helped with finding the perfect gift!
I wouldn't order anywhere else. Rage on has the best sweaters I've ever seen. There is such a variety and I don't think I could scroll through all of them in a week because there are so many. Love them!
We had a custom order that we had a little trouble with in the beginning. They went way above the average customer service to help and we love this shirt! Very responsive and helpful! Will do business again! I would add a picture yet just not allowed to have publicly per school owner.
I ordered the wrong type of shirts (one sided) on accident. I was able to return shirts even tho they are made to order. I emailed support and they were on it. Gave me a gift card to reorder once they received shirts. Very Happy with Rage on! Thank You!
Rage On s shirt quality is amazing for the price even custom prints are mind blowing quality and price. And there return policy is cool as well. They actually will investigate a print problem and execute if the shirt is not up to quality they would expect. I will keep using them for my logo shirt needs.
I recently placed an order with this company and didn't realize I had missed a 20% off coupon. I emailed them asking if they could apply that to my already placed order. This is the only-stop online shop for aaaanything clothes related for me, and should be for you too! The designs are brilliant, the print quality is fantastic and the customer service is second-to-none. (So this is what being looked after should feel like... *childhood flashbacks*).
