My experience with this company was appalling. I ordered a silver iPhone XS in excellent condition for £300 on 15th May 2020, they said I would get it in 7-10 working days. The timescale had gone so I emailed them asking where my phone was, and they kept blaming covid and it failing last checks (surely they'd complete last checks before advertising the phone? But I didn't think anything of this). I emailed them a number of times asking for updates on where my phone was but they kept saying they are unable to provide updates and complete checks due to staff shortages as a result of Covid-19.

I eventually received it on 15th June 2020 (a whole month later), however the camera was faulty and the screen would flicker, so I emailed them about this and they said I can either reset and erase the data on the phone or I'd have to send it back for a repair and I'd get it back in 7 working days. Thankfully, my uncle has a friend who offered to repair it for a cheaper price - so I went ahead with my uncles friend who repaired it on the spot.

I am rating them 2 stars because my phone did eventually come, but it was faulty and outside the timeline and the customer service was disgusting. Emails took forever for them to reply to and they don't have a contact number! And most of the emails were generic and repetitive.

I hadn't read the reviews before I ordered and I recommended a friend to them and thank god they looked up the reviews! That's how I found out about them.

I please urge you to avoid Quick Mobile Fix. I ordered a mobile phone from them for my daughter's Christmas present in November 2020, it never arrived. Eventually, after many emails they agreed to a refund, it was never made. Through my credit card company I eventually received a refund in February 2022 of £580.

My experience involved an upset 11 year old, many hours spent on emails and phone calls, a period of well over a year when I doubted I'd receive a refund.

Do not go anywhere near this company.

They have had my phone for repair for over 6 months and now are not responding. £450 down the drain which I can't afford. They are saying is due to COVID. But surely that shouldn't stop the communication, that is the worst. I have seen in Instagram that I'm definitely not the only one with this experience. Avoid avoid avoid!

Quick mobile fix is a scam. Quick mobile fix is a fraud. Do not give them any of your business unless you want a big headache to get your money back. Don't just take my word for it, check out the independent reviews or facebook pages. There are many people out there. This company appears to be a deliberate fraud. I really suspect the Trust Pilot reviews. Their accounts on companies house are not audited. Ordered a phone. No phone delivered. No refund despite numerous emails. Phone calls don't work.

If you are in this unfortunate situation, then get in touch with your bank / credit card company for a refund through a system called charge back, but this must be done within 120 days of purchase. It appears this company uses any excuse to avoid its responsibilities and will try to extend their protracted lack of action to beyond the 120 day limit.

Also report them to the Redbridge Trading Standards. Why trading standards allows them to continue trading I don't know.

We have written many emails and get standard replies. They are using covid as an excuse.

If your bank can't or won't help, then your next option will be to take them to the small claims court.

Initially ordered and paid for a refurbished i phone 6 in early October 2020, which was due to arrive within 7/10 days. After 3 weeks and no response to emailed queries as to the phones whereabouts the order was cancelled, that being in early November 2020.
We are still waiting for the refund 10 months later, one broken promise after another, total liars.
What a shambles of a Company a complete scam bordering on fraudulent activity.

I ordered a reconditioned I phone and paid £269 in April. It has never arrived and I have been unable to get a refund from the company. The company used to be reliable, a year or so ago I bought a reconditioned I phone from them with no problems which was why I used them again to buy my son a phone for his birthday, so I do not know why this happened but it seems there is no way I can get my money back as I used a debit card as I did not have a credit card at the time and their site did not use PayPal.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have owed me a refund for almost a year. Took my case to the county court, they applied for a 14 day extension, 2 minutes before the deadline a "Luke Solder" emailed them to say they've tried to give me a refund but I hadn't provided my bank details, I emailed them over straight away and still no refund. That was in October, court case isn't until Sept 2022, but I don't hold out much hope and as it's for a little bit less then £300 it'd be more costly to get the bailiffs.

STAY AWAY FROM QUICK MOBILE FIX

I cannot express enough how DISAPOINTED I am with this company.
Terrible the response times to emails and the terrible customer service.

I first contacted ‘Quickmobilefix'.( or NOT SO QUICK as it is now referred to in our house) on 25th January 2021 when a very quick email response confirmed that they would be able to fix the microphone on a Samsung S6 for a charge of £99. Posted and packaged the item, and when I had not heard anything almost a month later they finally emailed me to aske me for a reference number. Then nothing
TWO MONTHS and numerous emails from us to QMF later we then received an email informing us that the screen 'might break' and that there would be a £350 additional charge!

I do ask the question who would be there to HONESTLY WITNESS if the screen cracked or not? Just a very profitable ‘quickfix'. From the NOT SO QUICK FIX SCAMMERS>

I have since found a very reputable company who assures me that they often do this repair on the S6 and if the screen does break the total charge would be £127.00

I have been requesting for the return of my phone since 22 March and refund the £99 with immediate effect.
NO RESPONSE. NO PHONE. AND NO REFUND. Which is why I have decided to post these reviews to stop people making the same mistake.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOCKING COMPANY.
They are QUICK to take your money
They are QUICK to ask for more money
They are NOT QUICK to respond
They are NOT QUICK with their customer services

THE TELEPHONE NUMBER THAT IS ONLINE DOES NOT WORK.

Criminals

This company took my payment of nearly£500, for iPhone that was to be a Christmas present. This was mid November, by mid December the phone have been dispatched, in their correspondence they stated it was going through final checks, wouldn't they do this before advertising it? I had to cancel the order as couldn't guarantee they actually had a phone and I needed it for Christmas. I asked for proof or the serial number of the phone, they were silent. After cancelling they emailed to say they wouldn't cancel straight away, I told them yes I wanted it cancelled now, they then emailed to say it works take 14 working days for refund. This should have been refunded before mid January, we are now nearly mid April and still no refund. They only ever send generic responses out when you contact them. They blame Covid even though a company of this size wouldn't be impacted that much by it. Basically they are the worst kind of scum, they were prepared to ruin my daughter's Christmas as they knew I wanted the phone for a present and they are happy to use Covid as an excuse for not refunding, people all over the world are dying from this and these sick individual are cashing in on it.
I've looked the company up on Company's House, they do have assets so no reason to hold on to people's money.

Scam and fraud
February 18, 2021

I'm giving one star because there is no option for minus a hundred stars.
Here are the facts
-Ordered a phone in 7th Dec 2020
-Didn't receive it during that month
-Enquired about it and they said there was a delay
-It's January now still not received my phone
-Mid Jan asked to cancel my order and get a refund
-End of Jan still no money in my account.
-I was told after enquiring over 10 times that I would receive my refund on the 18th of Feb
-surprise surprise, still not received my money (nearly £900) and doubt I ever will

Up to you to decide if that's the service you want to receive.

A fake company and a fraud.
The worst service I have ever had plus out of £900 for no damn reason.

DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS. I ordered a phone in October 2020, with a 5-7day delivery. I didn't receive a phone so cancelled the order on the 1st of December, I am still waiting for my refund over 2 months later. Seems there are thousands of others in the same boat as me.

My sister has been blocked on all of their platforms.
1- bought what we now know was a fake iPhone XR in July.
2-worked until August so we went to the apple store they told us it was a fake with a bunch of parts used to make it. (they call phones like this "Franken-phone" (Frankenstein).
3-sent it back to the company in the hope that it would be fixed when it returned.
4-they sent the exact the same phone with the same problems so it stopped working again 2 weeks later.
5-we sent the phone back... 2 months on we can not contact the company and they have refused to completely refund or give us back a working phone.

I ordered a phone on the 1st September, when it didn't arrive a month later, I requested a refund, I was advised it would be on the 30th November - NOT THE 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE advertised - I am still waiting for my money and have been told it will be given back on the 31st December - How is this company still allowed to trade, they are thieves! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY

I ordered a refurbished iPhone X on 19th October. The auto-generated email that I received stated that orders are dispatched in 7 - 10 working days (this would equate to between 28th Oct - 2nd Nov). Bearing this in mind and with coronavirus possibly slowing things down, I waited until 4th Nov before I contacted QMF to ask about the status of my order. I got no response. Since that time I have contacted QMT 5 times. I have had no response to any of my 5 emails. I think this is an apalling way to treat customers.
I will make sure to update this site on the outcome of this matter so that potential users can get an honest account of how QMF treats it's customers and what they can expect in the way of service.

Not happy this company

I tell everyone please make sure first then buy anything this company is not good they no reply any emails they took out payment. I order on 19 September today is date is 8 October they no back to me. I put complain aswell they no reply anything. Don't buy anything this company. I no recommend anyone.

This company is an absolute SCAM. Please for your own sake, avoid.

I have been waiting since July for a refund of £600 for a phone that I never received!
That is 3 MONTHS for a refund, on a phone that I NEVER RECEIVED.

They have STOLEN my money from me, only to then NOT RESPOND to any of my emails.

Please, avoid them. Save yourself the pain and trouble that they have caused me.

My bank is now looking into this for me and I have been made aware that VISA will be contacting them shortly.

I eventually ordered a phone from MusicMagpie and I am so glad I did. These two companies are honestly incomparable and I would recommend them completely.

"Let me tell you my horrible experience of this criminal company.

I paid for an iPhone 7 on 13th of August, they sent me a confrontation email that I will receive it by 3/5 working day. Waited for one week no phone no email from them to tell me what was going on. So I sent them a email every day on the second week, still no reply. Then I started to write reviews on Trustpilot, they replied my automatically on that platform saying that I should contact their customer service which I am doing every day. They do that just because it is a open platform. Yet no reply as usual.

Then I went to my bank to get the payment refund, after I have paid for 2 weeks, they asked me what have I ordered. I told them what it was. Then they told me to wait for another 5-10 working days but I refused and asked for a refund. Then it was the last time I heard from them.

I called this company criminal because they put up something to sell but they don't have the stock and just take the payment and disappeared. Refuse to send the phone, refuse to refund, refuse to communicate, that is a day light rubbery.

If you have plenty of money, give it to charity rather.
