How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Quickmobilefix?

They have phone number, which doesn't work. They say they will reply to emails in 24h, which is another lie.

They respond only to email with the same empty promise and lies, you will get angry and frustrated trying to get a clear answer do not buy from them

Impossible - it took me two months. They advertise a telephone number which tells you they have decided (due to "customer feedback") to close down - and for you to use their 'chat window', which isn't there. They probably make money off the pre-recorded telephone message.

Very. They don't reply. I've been trying to contact them for weeks now. They know they have my money and they are out of their timeframe that they've given for the money to be back with me.

Very, very difficult. Don't use is company. They don't answer phone and rarely answer emails.

Impossible asked them to phone me, which they will never do.

Very hard, long queues in the phone, their online chat always seemed offline and emails get answered up to 24 hours later.
