Has anyone had a refund from this company. I keep seeing how bad they are and their refund policy of 14 days is unbelievable...

Waiting for nearly two months. Nothing but delaying tactics. Don't believe I will ever get my money back from them.

They refused me refund so I had to go through my credit card company to get my full refund. But make sure you keep all the corespondese as proof.
