DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a refurbished phone on the 8th of February, I waited 7 working days and there was no email about it being dispatched or the tracking of the order. Eventually I sent an email about why it was taking so long and they replied with "this order will take 7-10 working days to dispatch" I waited 16 days for the order and it still had not come. I then asked for a refund and they said it takes 14 working days, I questioned this and they did not reply. I have now waited 24 days for my refund and nothing has come through so I contacted the manger of the company and he informed me it would take another 3-5 days which quickly turned into 5-7 an then 7-10 I still have not got my refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Don't use this company for ANYTHING. They will advise that your order is being delayed due to "Quality control". You wll be given date after date which never sees your order despatched order delivered. As for trying to get a refund, what a joke of a process that is. Not convinced i'm going to get my money back, even Divideby seem to be very supportive of QuickmobileFix. You cannot get hold of QuickmobileFix by phone. They lie on emails to you. PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE.
You can speak to the staff at DivideBy if you have used their facility, however my experience was they were agressive with me over the phone and very supportive of QuickMobileFix methods and processes.
If i could submt this review with no stars i would. Even negative stars would be too good for QuickMobileFix.

Scammers
October 15, 2019

I asked for a refund for this order on 13th September. You got back to me on September 19th, saying it would take 14 working days.

I sent another email on September 26th asking why the refund would take so long. No reply.
Then I sent another email on September 30th asking for a reply to my last email. No reply
I sent another email on October 8th. No reply
On October 11tth I asked if my money would be in my account the next day as that would be 14 working days. No reply.

Your email policy is stated as:

'We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours, if any emails are sent over the weekend or on bank holidays they will be replied the next working day.'

I pasted a review on your site and you asked me to get in touch. I've been constantly in touch.

I'm sending this to you through your contact form and posting it as a review, so others can see what to expect. You've had my money for over six weeks. Can I now please have my money back?

I bought a used Apple iPhone X - Space Grey - (64GB) - Unlocked - Good Condition for £347.99 on 22/01/2020. I got an email confirmation about the order on the same day and their website mentioned that they will send the product in 7 working days. I didn't get any phone in the 7 days. I contacted them and they said initially they will send in 7 days. When I contacted after 7 days, they started telling 7-10 days. But their website clearly mentioned 7 working days.

So I requested for refund as their website says that if an order is not shipped and customers can ask for a refund. They emailed on Feb 3rd saying that they will refund the money in 14 days. I contacted them on Feb 20 and they replied today saying that they will refund only on March 3,2020.

Now I checked many review sites and found that they are scamming people by telling different dates. Now if I wait for March 3,2020, they may say another date and so on /Or they may say refund is already processed and you will get in 14 days etc.

Ordered phone from this dreadfull company 28th March, e mail after e mail sent to them as to when delivery would be, they do not reply to any thing you cannot talk to a human, you just get, automated responces asking for more time. Canceled order 9th April and was told by "E Mail " it would take 14 days to refund, they took my money in 1 day. I e mailed them on the 24th March saying I had gone to citizens advise and trading standards and put the matter in my solicitors hands. I checked my bank 25th March and the money had been returned, no apology or e mail to say that they had returned the money. There is something very not right with this lot, they take your money and dont have the goods, read all the sites they are no it is the same story all over, i WOULD NOT GIVE THEM A STAR IF IT WAS MY CHOICE

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE & TIMESCALES
Steer Clear. AVOID
I ordered a phone at the start of July which they sent me after the 10 working days when their confirmation email said no longer than 6 working days. This phone was faulty when it arrived as no earpiece or mic working although I was able to make bluetooth telephone calls from the car.
I informed them that the phone was faulty & they sent me details on how to reset the phone which I did without it improving the phone so still unable to make telephone calls away from the car.
The first email I received after I told them that the fixes didn't work told me that my 1 year warranty had expired (having had the phone for 24 hours) then they did apologise for the email being sent in error & offered me a repair or replacement to which I requested a replacement as I didn't trust the product they had sent.
Yes they arranged carriage to return the product (bearing in mind they say their shipping is all next day) I packaged the phone up & used their shipping method.
When I tracked the returned item I found that they were using a 5 day service. They did not treat the email request for a replacement as the order but waited until they had received the faulty product to process the replacement order & emailed to say that this replacement would be shipped in upto 10 working days,
This is now 1 month without a product that had been paid for so as they were stating I had to wait another 10 working days (2 weeks) I requested that they cancel the order & give me a full refund
Now I have received another email stating that once the cancellation is authorised in upto 48 hours I then have to wait 2 weeks for the refund to my card
38 emails over this month have been received & sent
Update: 21 days after refund authorised which is 7 days after the 14 days they say it takes I have still yet to receive my refund
Final update refund received nearly 2 months to the day from ordering
