I cannot express enough how DISAPOINTED I am with this company.
Terrible the response times to emails and the terrible customer service.
I first contacted ‘Quickmobilefix'.( or NOT SO QUICK as it is now referred to in our house) on 25th January 2021 when a very quick email response confirmed that they would be able to fix the microphone on a Samsung S6 for a charge of £99. Posted and packaged the item, and when I had not heard anything almost a month later they finally emailed me to aske me for a reference number. Then nothing
TWO MONTHS and numerous emails from us to QMF later we then received an email informing us that the screen 'might break' and that there would be a £350 additional charge!
I do ask the question who would be there to HONESTLY WITNESS if the screen cracked or not? Just a very profitable ‘quickfix'. From the NOT SO QUICK FIX SCAMMERS>
I have since found a very reputable company who assures me that they often do this repair on the S6 and if the screen does break the total charge would be £127.00
I have been requesting for the return of my phone since 22 March and refund the £99 with immediate effect.
NO RESPONSE. NO PHONE. AND NO REFUND. Which is why I have decided to post these reviews to stop people making the same mistake.

Well what can I say about this Pathetic Company, They have no customer service skills, When you eventually get a reply they are rude and unhelpful or you get a generic copy and paste response blaming everyone and everything apart from their incompetence. I ordered a Phone at the beginning of the Covid19 pandemic (6th April) as mine had broken and I needed to keep in-touch with my family whilst in Lock down like everyone else in the country as I could no longer see them, I was advised a 10 working day delivery which wasn't ideal but I waited patiently anyway. My 10 days were up and still not delivery, I asked for an update and was advised it was due to ship in 4 days time as there was a delay due to covid19 and they were prioritizing NHS staff during this difficult time (when the order is placed you do not mention what profession is or anything other than your name and address) I thought it was strange how they knew which orders were more important than the rest and how many NHS staff were purchasing new phones at this time that caused such a massive delay however I again waited Patiently, Another week passed and then started the Copy and paste responses. I was advised due to minimal staff my phone was still in the testing stage? Hang on I though I had brought a phone that was already tested and Fit to purchase! I could not be told how long this stage of the process took or when my phone would be shipped just that I would be notified when it had been shipped. 6 Weeks later I had had enough so after waiting 48 hours for a reply I asked to cancel my order, I was advised there was no going back if I moved to the cancellation stage, I replied to confirm I wanted to cancel and asked for confirmation this have been done, 4 days later I got confirmation my order was now cancelled and accounts would contact me when my refund was complete (14 day refund policy on-line) Guess What! 14 working days later No Refund, I contact them again asking when my refund would be completed and was advised a delay due to staff issues and it would now definitely be refunded on or before 20th June (4 weeks delay to when it should have been refunded originally) Surprise Surprise no refund was received, I was guaranteed by e-mail that the refund was completed on the 20th and that it took 7 days to show in my account. Shocker! It is now the 3rd July and 10 working days after the 20th and still no refund or pending refund on my account, Oh and now they have decided not to respond to any of my e-mails.
Do not waste your time asking for a contact number of a manager or how to make a complaint, this will be ignored.
Please do not make the mistake I made and give this company any of your hard earned cash, they can't supply what you have ordered in a timely manner and then fail to care about giving your Money back. I have now had to go through the Charge Back route with my Bank which means waiting up to another 60 days for my refund.

Sent my phone to them in January for a screen repair, they had it for 3 months and I asked them to send it back as they never actually fixed it and gave me multiple false dates. They sent my phone back in April without the charger I sent it with and never told me what happened to it. I have been asking for a refund ever since, first I was told I would get one in 14 working days on the 24th of April, over 14 working days passed and I never got a refund, I was then told that there are "delays" in their banking system because of covid19 + low staff and and that I would get a refund on the 25th of June (Over a month later) And suprise suprise I've had no refund despite multiple emails of the same copy and pasted message assuring me I would get it on the date provided, they claim they have "processed" the refund but can't show me evidence they have actually done so, now they are saying the 17th of July! A refund should not take this long and the statements on their website are straight up not true, if what they claim was true I would have gotten my phone repaired within 24 to 48 hours not 3 months unrepaired (Additionally, if the covid19 excuse was true then why would they still be sending out regular promotional emails for phones and services they can't deliver?) You'll have a battle ahead of you if you want to get a refund from them. They will also take down reviews they don't like on Trustpilot and have done with mine multiple times, I give up trying to post a review there, they also block people on their social media and hide comments in an attempt to damage control. I'm sure they are hoping I'll give up trying seeing as I've been sending them emails for 5 months now (as thats the only way to contact them) but I won't be giving up until I see the money in my bank account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Short story: LIED TO REPEATEDLY, GENERIC EMAILS, 2 MONTHS WAITING FOR A FIXTURE ON A FAULTY PHONE THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND 4 MONTHS OVERALL OF ARGUING WITH THE COMPANY ON A DAILY BASIS JUST TO GET MY MONEY BACK ON A PHONE THAT NEVER WORKED!
Long story: I bought a second hand phone through this company, a Samsung everything looked great when it arrived no marks or scratches but the first time I tried it, it died immensely quickly! I told the company and they offered to take it back and fix it. I agreed and sent the phone back.
Some time went by with no word, I emailed to ask and got told I would get an update... once again nothing, I had to email on several occasions. First they would be 1to 3 days then 5 to 7 then it changed again to 7 to 10 days for fixtures it then 2 weeks later nothing.
Emailed and told a further 3 days. Waited. 23 days later still no phone or update even!
Tired of waiting asked for refund as simply too long and lied too over and over, they said it was past the 14 day period which to them included emails and delivery of which alone totaled nearly the full 14 days just to send of in the first place.
Finally nearly a month and a half later got the phone only to note they had done NOTHING to it!
Offered an exchange but was done with the company and didn't want the hassle and lies. This is when I began looking into my rights and demanded a refund
Once again can't apparently do though by law if the company offer a repair and it has not worked it you can get money back.
Finally offered to take back and look into the issue.
Sent an email saying it would be 14 days for the return, once again much the same as last time, so I'm now at the stage of being very close to taking them to court.
Only when this is said do they begin to respond.
Another month and a bit... SO MUCH wasted time arguing and waiting on them and being lied to I finally got my money back! (4 MONTHS IN TOTAL)
