I purchased a Groupon for 6 luggage tags but only one was delivered... called customer service and was told the missing 5 would be provided at no cost but a Shipping and Handling charge of $6 PER PIECE would be charged. Their error will cost me $30 to fix, or I can keep the 1 luggage tag I received for the $30. These are luggage tags, this is ridiculous! I will try to get some relief from Groupon, but please STAY AWAY from this company, they are not reputable. When I requested the name of the head of the customer service department they refused to provide... BIG RED FLAG
AVOID THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for a customized product from their website, and was never even advised that the item was on backorder until around 3 weeks after I placed the order. I then immediately asked for a refund since the items I ordered were for Christmas presents, and now Christmas has come and gone. They are refusing to refund my money because they claim there was a message on their site saying the items were on backorder, which there was no such message. Horrible company with horrible business etiquette!

I ordered one SET OF 6 hot pads from them They sent me 1 hot pad. I've called customer service and all you get is a list of their FAQ recording twice, then you get a voice mail. Noone EVER calls you back. Their customer service is a sham and sucks. You NEVER get a live person, and get robbed of your money by not getting your proper order.
You can't preview your order before sending therefore no idea what your getting. I ordered wedding gifts and it's like ordering blind, and they did nothing to fix it or help.
Looks like I should've read the reviews before buying my Groupon AND placing an order with this company. I have purchased the personalized princess pillowcases (made my purchase on 11/26/18) and it's looking more and more like I'm going to have two VERY DISAPPOINTED nieces on Christmas day when their gifts haven't arrived! What a disappointment! I purchased a Groupon and ordered a personalized cutting board as a Christmas present. The tracking ID stated the package was delivered at 3:03 PM a few days ago. Not only did I not receive this package and my RING doorbell confirmed it! But I can't get anyone to answer my emails or connect on live chat... My coworkers and I all logged into the chat at the same time and it states we are ALL "Next in line"- HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? This site is a scam! Save your money and your time- hopefully the BBB shuts them down!

This company's customer service is terrible. I ordered a blanket for a friend that just had a baby with blue thread to match the baby's name and they messed up the blanket. You can barely read the name as the last 2 letters run in to each other. And the thread color isnt right.

Extremely poor workmanship! Do research before ordering Groupons. Quite apparent that there is no quality control in this company. See photo. They wasted more time inserting the note that says "you need to trim all the extra thread", than just doing it themselves. Thats your job, not mine, lazy $#*!! Your collars looks centered and trimmed in that advertisement photo. Stitching doesnt sit centered on the collar and actually wraps around the bottom of the collar. Qualtry does not exhibit quality products, nor is it looking to be a company of longevity, but just looking to make a quick buck at consumers expense. This useless transaction cost me almost $20 with the $8.00 shipping charge!.$8.00 to ship something that actually costs$3.00 to ship! Multiply that just by the at least 25,000 ordered through Groupon and that equals $325,000 being ripped off from consumers. Havent even tried contacting them yet, but tons of others have, and have posted their negative reviews in the customer service arena too! Save your money! Read reviews before ordering!
Beware of ordering from this company. Their shipping is very expensive and slow. They will quickly send you a tracking number to falsely indicate an order is on its way. In reality in may be WEEKS before their "shipping partner" actually collects your order and delivers it to USPS, or whomever. After 5 separate attempts to call about an order placed 19days ago, I finally managed to speak to Qualtry's customer service who was extremely unhelpful & condescending. There was zero effort made to help or reassure me. It was only after the rep (Lee) repeated the little information (that I already read myself in regards to tracking) available that the words "I apologize" were even said. No effort to rebuild confidence or keep my future business. Just a bunch on talking over top of me and man-splaying. Perhaps a different (faster) shipping partner is needed or not prematurely emailing a tracking would be helpful. Completely unsatisfied with the customer service and the shipping. I would have scored them a 1-star but I believe the product will be nice quality whenever if finally arrives... after Christmas :(
I wanted to get two power banks as gifts. One in light blue for a male and one in red for a female. The red kept on saying it was out of stock. I emailed Qualtry and they told me they would get more in 3-4 weeks. In 4 weeks I checked again and it was still out of stock. I emailed them again and they said for the red it would be 3-4 more weeks. I finally decided to order the light blue and wait to get the red one. The light blue one I ordered finally arrived but it is not light blue. They sent me a red one which is the color that had supposedly been out of stock for a long time. At first I thought I had made a mistake but no. The order slip said light blue and they included a note in the package that said "Due to inventory restrictions beyond our control we have had to change your power bank color selection". Your business is personalized goods how can you not get a simple order correct. If they didn't have the light blue at the moment they should have let me know so that I could pick another color or ask me if I wanted to wait. STAY AWAY!
So it's been nearly 30 days and the items still have not been shipped. When I reached out to them, I got some ridiculous response saying they were backed up and they notified me of this (which they did not)... who knows if I'll ever get the items. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Purchased a Groupon deal for 3 personalized pashmina scarves for $12.99 (83% savings per Groupon) through Qualtry. Went thru whole process on Qualtry website entered groupon code and code was not accepted! Order total was $184.22. Immediately contacted company thru email, 7 phone messages and over 2 hours of waiting for online chat assistant. Got auto reply from email that I should get a rerurn call wothin 24 hrs. That didn't happen. I want this oder canceled, and I can't get anyone from the company to contact me. Groupon is a failure here as well... they won't help until contact has been made with Qualtry. How the hell can contact be made if noone will answer the phone, call me back, reply to online chat request or even email me? This company is abyssmal and the BBB and State of California need to look into them for consumer fraud.
