Such a disappointment...

Well, my review is going to sound pretty much like all the other negative reviews here. I, like most people, did not receive the Christmas gifts I had ordered on Thursday, December 8th at 1:21pm. Their website was EXTREMELY misleading in saying I'd receive my items within 2-6 business days AND you had no other option but to pay nearly $18 in priority shipping. When I called Qualtry on Fri., Dec. 23, I was told my order was complete and ready to be shipped. The problem, according to their customer service representative, was they were short-staffed and there was no one there to actually ship out my finished products. She asked me if I wanted to go ahead and cancel my order or wait with the hopes they would be shipped out within a day or two. Of course, I wanted the 11 personalized items I had ordered so I told her I would wait. She said she would call me back on Mon., Dec. 27th to ask me if I wanted to continue to wait or if I wanted to go ahead and cancel the order. Well, she didn't call me back as promised so I called her back on Tues., Dec. 28th. She told me she was sick on Monday and was unable to call. I asked her if my items had shipped over the weekend and she said no, they are still here. I asked her if she could tell me WHEN they MIGHT be shipped and she said no…she had no way of knowing. I told her to go ahead and cancel my order and refund my money. I did share with her that this way of doing business will definitely hurt them, in the long run, especially with so many people NOT receiving the Christmas gifts they had ordered. I told her, I had family in for the holidays from Boston, MA, China Grove, NC and from Jacksonville, FL and no gifts to give them. I also told her, if I choose to keep my order with you, I'll have the expense of shipping them, a second time. I told her in light of all that's happened, I have no choice but to cancel my order. I told her in as nice a way as I possibly could that I would never order from them again and I have no doubt I'm not the only consumer who feels this way. I suggested she read the online reviews for Qualtry. Not receiving gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, etc., is one thing, but NOT receiving Christmas gifts is beyond devastating and disappointing on so many different levels. I told her I wish her the best but doing this type of business on one of THE BIGGEST holidays of the year will be something they'll never recover from. If I could give them "0" stars I would.

Tip for consumers:

If you choose to place an order with Qualtry, good luck! They are very misleading.

Products used:

FREE Shipping cost me $18 I was told my personalized items would ship within 2-6 business days...never received them I was told my money would be refunded...I'll still waiting My order had been completed but there was no one there to ship it to me. I can honestly say I don't believe that. I ended up having to cancel my entire Christmas order on the 27th of December, 2022.

Decent work, horrible communication and customer service.

This is a long review, so I'll start with a brief synopsis. I'm giving this company two stars because I thought their work was decent; however, their communication and customer service is HORRIBLE. Also, paying extra for their "Front of the Line" option is a complete waste of money. If you are not in a hurry to receive something you ordered and you don't mind being left in the dark about the status of your order, then this is the right company for you.

I ordered 6 fidget spinners, 5 beanies, two scarves and a cutting board. Like many others, I read the negative reviews but decided to still purchase because I couldn't find similar products at other companies that looked as nice as these products did online. Also, I placed my order on November 27th and thought I was sure to receive everything before Christmas. I even paid for their Front of the Line option to ensure that I received all items timely. The fidget spinners were the only items that did not qualify for Front of the Line.

I received an email on December 4th saying that ALL of my items had completed the personalization phase and were now in the quality control phase being hand checked. The fidget spinners were the first items I received although they didn't qualify for Front of the Line. They arrived on December 6th. I was happy with the work on the fidget spinners and was excited to see that maybe the delayed shipping wouldn't be an issue for me as it was for others in most of the reviews I read.

After December 4th, it seemed like all communication with Qualtry ceased. So I emailed them on December 10th, as I paid extra for the Front of the Line option, and received a generic automatic reply on December 12th. I received no other communication from Qualtry regarding my complaint. I later received two emails saying my cutting board and beanies were shipped on December 14th. Oddly when I checked my mail on the 14th, the beanies were in there. For the most part, I was satisfied with the work. Like others have said, several beanies still had the screen on them, but I just peeled it off. My cutting board ended up arriving on December 17th, and I was satisfied with the work.

I then received an email from Qualtry on December 21st saying that the rest of my order (two scarves) would not be ready by Christmas. This was frustrating because one was a Christmas gift and I paid extra for the company's stupid Front of the Line option. I received an email on December 28th saying that my scarves will arrive on December 31st.

In summary, if you order from this company be ready to play a guessing game on when you'll receive what you paid for.
