Oh. Where do i begin? I got a groupon for an order of mason jars. They were half off but still pricey. When i went to go check out through the website, there was a $60 shipping. Which said about that in the groupon. Not sure how i was suppose to know that but i already paid for the groupon so i went ahead and ordered. My husband and i were getting them for our bridal party and were looking forward to giving them. When they arrived 4 out of 10 were off center (names), the lettering was way smaller in person, and there was this "not for home canning" indented right on the same side of the name and it looked so tacky. I emailed immediately to let them know that i would at least liked the names that were off center to be fixed. They were nice and asked me what other issues and they said they would sent out new ones. So i got my 2nd shipment and 1 was broken (which i paid extra for insurance), all of them had the "not for home canning" still on the front, and they didnt send me 1 of the ones that were off center. So i emailed again. Again they were nice and said they would get it out asap but they were out of stock. So i waited. Thought about 3 months later. Sent the guy another email, asking if i was still getting my product. He apologized and said it got lost in transit but he would get it out to me right away. So i get my 3rd shipment... still have the "not for home canning" indented on the same side as the names, 2 are off center and 1 looked like the engraved lettering is chipping off. Now let me tell you: these mason jars are not good quality. The engraved lettering is cheaply made. Im just so over going through this process. Im alittle embarassed to even give them to my bridal party and we spent a pretty penny on them AND we only paid 50% + $60.
Original order placed on November 25,2020 and confirmation of order received same day, at 12:27pm

Contacted Qualtry on Saturday, December 12,2020 at 2:22pm to ask why USPS was still showing that the items were on their way to USPS facility. CSR agrees that that is odd, but would need to check with the Embroidery Manager and would get back to me.
Notified yesterday, December 13,2020 at 11:52pm that items were made on Friday, December 11,2020 and should have been shipped out on Saturday, December 12,2020. (When asked why I was notified on the 6th that the items were shipping, no response.)

After over a month of waiting for my order, they have FINALLY arrived, and to say that I am displeased is an understatement.
The image on the right is what was shown on their website, which is what lead me to order in the first place. The image on the left was taken today, and it shows what I actually received.
There was no care given to ensure that these items were created as promised! If it weren't for my lack of faith/trust that they would get it right AND the fact that these scarves are now on back order, I would request a replacement.
Just know, I will NEVER order from them again!
Great value, great price, & the gloves I bought made very nice presents! Will definitely buy again!
Received yet another GREAT order from Qualtry! Over the top nice products and we're very pleased. THANK YOU!
Answer: It's absolutely impossible! Stay away from this company. They have no live people to answer calls and do not respond to emails. I sent four regarding my order and they can send me advertisements all day long, but never responded to my emails about the order I placed.
Answer: I would try and email them. That is the only way I was finally able to get with someone. Even that took awhile, finally had to get nasty
Answer: Yes with no Luck at all. I have e mailed them, and get an automated response
Answer: I'm sure you will, but it took me almost 3 months to get mine, then had to send it back, because it was wrong, and they only credited my account $4.99 instead of the $14.99 I originally paid.
Qualtry's reputation is marred by significant customer service challenges, particularly regarding order fulfillment and responsiveness. Many customers report long delays in shipping, unresponsive support channels, and issues with refunds, leading to a perception of unreliability and frustration. Conversely, some customers highlight the quality of the products received, particularly personalized items, and express satisfaction with their orders when processed correctly. Overall, while there are instances of positive experiences, the prevailing sentiment suggests a need for improved customer service and clearer communication to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
