I ordered in June. It is now September and I have not received my product (although they said 5-7 days) and I have not heard anything! I am emailing them again today. Ridiculous!
I ordered a personalized cutting board 3 weeks ago! 3! From a company located in the USA they are beyond slow on creating their products and getting them out in a timely fashion. I start to get concerned when it hadnt arrived yet when shipping was suppose to be MAX 10 days from the time I purchased it 6/4 and they just SENT it out, today 6/17! I obviously wont get it in time for the wedding and they do not care about punctuality or loyalty to a customer. They dont care if you purchase for upcoming events and for someone whose at an event every weekend, they'll never get business from me EVER EVER AGAIN! And forget about quality customer service, the person responding kept sending me the same information which they did not know where my package was, called DHL and they too have no clue where my package was. Baffoons run Qualtry, clowns who have no clue what they are doing. Save yourself the hassle, frustration and money and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Bought 5 collars... they are completely the wrong size... and the lettering on the stitching is all crooked on several of them. Very unhappy and disappointed
I placed an order late May early June for a gift for a family member as a housewarming surprise. Not only did the product never arrived but I was charged and sent out multiple emails telling me that tracking had not been updated in that perhaps because of coronavirus it was lost in the mail I called bull$#*! completely because even target, Walmart and any other company has not lost our stuff due to coronavirus. I feel so bad for my family member because they've been waiting for this package to arrive and it never did and we have still never received any type of refund for the money we spent. SCAM company DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I ordered a cutting board and matching coasters December 14th 2018 it is now January 16th 2019 I did however received my coasters but I still have not gotten my cutting board I'm very upset about this I have emailed several times called and left messages and no one has responded to me it is absolutely absurd it's paid for and I want my product I will not ever be ordering from this company again!
Didn't fill my order and lost my money to groupon. If they cant fill order money should go back to purchase something else. And shipping is crazy overpriced. Stay away!

I had a hard time contacting them but after we made contact they took care of me, sending out new sketch pads, even before Christmas, which I didn't expect. Sketchpads were great and my grandkids loved them. I ordered 5 personalized sketch pads with 50 blank sheets. Arrived with 25 blank sheets and 25 pages of flowers and patterns that look like a child coloring book.
The names are illegible as all letters are capitalized in script.
I paid $33.00 for shipping only to find after over 3 weeks I was notified they were ready for pick up at the post office. I was able to get post office to deliver, but I AM NOT ABLE TO GET QUALTRY TO RESPOND TO MY E MAILS, PHONE CALL, LIVE CHAT regarding product. Terrible product with even worse customer service.
Over a month ago, I placed AND PAID FOR my order. I have not received the product. The customer service email reply is standard (and untrue). After I filed a complaint with the BBB, I received notification that my product that had "been shipped" was "in production." DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered one beanie on 11/29 as a Christmas gift for my neice. Processing time was 7-14 days. Perfect! On December 20, I received this email:

For this, we offer our sincere apology. Your order will be shipped within the next few days, but it will arrive after Christmas."
Obviously, I told them to KEEP their beanie and REFUND my money. I received a message today telling me my money had been refunded. Unfortunately, I still had to go out and shop for another gift 5 days before Christmas. Thanks for nothing, Qualtry. I will never attempt to purchase something from them ever again.

I will never buy from this company again--no matter what the DEAL is. They offer a promo code but it is not accepted by their website. There is no way to get anyone to communicate. I've tried every option. In fact the email address they tell you to use is a no-reply one. You get an automated reply saying no one will see it! This is using the email they direct you to use. I found a different support email and tried that 4 times with not a single reply. It did NOT bounce back as undeliverable.
I was given a shipping date for my items. I just now found a phone number to use and someone answered! They tell me my order is on back order and won't arrive for another 3 weeks! They did not see fit to tell me anywhere along the way so I could make other plans. You can't get tracking information unless you download a third party app which I don't trust now that I've been trying to work with this company. I was begining to wonder if it is a legitimate company, that's why I looked into the BBB. Apparently they do exist. Its' not worth the frustration and unknowns. Don't do it. You'll be sorry you did. I shop online all the time and this is the worse experience I've ever had.
I wish that I had read all these reviews prior to purchasing three Groupons for this company on 11/28. I purchased one for coasters, one for a trivot and one for a bottle opener. The coasters were processed, shipped and received in a timely manner. HOWEVER, I am still waiting for the beer opener and the CS department has emailed saying that it takes 7-10 business days- it has been 12 and counting! They already billed my credit card for shipping though. The trivot has said out of stock since I went to place the order on 11/29 and CS has never addressed the issue. I guess I will be calling my credit card and Groupon. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I made an order on 11/21/2020 (not referencing reviews-lesson learned), and they charged my card on 11/23/2020. I have attempted to call, and have sent numerous e-mails on the status of my order, receiving no updates or contact. I filed a complaint with Utah BBB, and Qualtry has yet to respond. Qualtry is committing fraud by taking personal customer information, credit card numbers, and stating they will deliver on goods they advertise "processing orders 7-10 days after order is placed with an additional 3-5 days for shipping" and then fail to do so. They are not a legitimate company or business.
DO NOT ORDER FROM QUALTRY! This is your warning! If you have ordered and they either did not fulfill their contractual obligation by not providing the items within the timeframe stated in their response e-mail, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Utah. Don't fall for their low prices or high percentage off items-this is a lure to get unsuspecting customers in, take their money and offer a substandard product or (as in my case) NO PRODUCT AT ALL!
